Excellent. Being in a remote part of the Highlands, it is a struggle to access supermarkets and other food providers who will deliver to the area. Monster Box are Highland heroes! The fruit, vegetables and meat we received in a properly chilled/insulated box were super fresh and the use by dates on the meat were a good week away. A couple of the eggs were cracked on arrival but having suggested to Rose in their customer service team that they may benefit from further padding, she kindly said a box would be added to our next order free of charge. I feel this was above and beyond and a positive reaction to some constructive criticism. If tinned and dried goods are added to the offering, you'd be able to do an entire shop at very reasonable prices and without the stress of fighting for a supermarket delivery slot. We will definitely be repeat customers and I highly recommend.

Received my first delivery from monsterbox & I am absolutely DELIGHTED. All the produce (veg; meat; chicken ; bakery & dairy ) is of SUPERB quality; was carefully packed & everything arrived in excellent condition. I will most certainly order on a regular basis & I shall highly recommend to friends who - like me - have been disappointed by the quality of products received from other companies.
