Excellent service

I've had a couple of deliveries now, both of hampers and extras ordered on top, and I cannot praise them highly enough. I have been delighted with the service provided. The ordering system is easy to use and the quality of goods far surpasses anything I've bought previously from a supermarket. I hope this service continues after lockdown is lifted as I would definitely remain a customer.

All of our produce should have 3+ days shelf life - our meats are fresh from Grants of Speyside twice a week, and vacuum sealed. They do not have extended shelf life due to chemical washes or nitrogen filled containers as they are so fresh and natural. If your experience was any less than that, I'd really like to know more detail so that I can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Making up my own Monsterbox

Have really enjoyed the developing range at Monsterbox and on this occasion elected to create my own fruit & vegetable box. The box arrived the next day with all produce I'd ordered. Everything is fresh and in good condition - no bruised or soft items. I really appreciate the absence of plastic packaging.

Vegetables and fruit alike fresh and beautiful, love grants of spey meats and with matchbox now including this in their variety of foods, just need them to stock the black puddings and white from grants as well they are delicious, I will definitely will be putting in a weekly order.

I was pleased with most of my order

I was pleased with most of my order, however, the pears and the grapes were not as good quality as the rest of the fruit.
Everything else was good and the service quick.
Unfortunately on placing my second order I could not compete as I got a message on checkout that some of my order could not be delivered to this address!!!!

Hi Mrs Offord, thanks for your feedback about the pears and grapes - we have recently switched supplier and, although we typically get very positive feedback about the fruit, we are even happier with the consistency and frequency of the produce now; I'm confident you won't think the same about your next order. This particular time of year also typically means a change in produce seasons, as the growing stops in some regions and starts in others, which can mean a little bit of inconsistency for a couple of weeks. In regard to your second order, I have checked the system and can see you only attempted this within the last hour, and were assisted immediately by James with the technical issue, so could I kindly ask you to be patient as he diagnoses the third party software glitch and enables your order to be processed. Thanks for your feedback Lis! We do have other meats on offer to purchase separately, or as part of a few different sizes of meat boxes, however we listened to customer input with regard to keeping the Mixed box concise and simple, but moreover good value and affordable for everyone. We found a good deal of our customer base for the mixed boxes are those who live alone or older folk, who just don't get through a great volume of goods all at once. Hopefully the option to bolt on the items you fancy will solve this for you. Thanks!
