Such a Great company, great products. We have used this company several times mainly for birthdays, each time they are accommodating for every requirement. The team are really friendly from ordering to delivering to collecting they are prompt and polite always. The delivery guys were very helpful and carefully tied the bouncy castle down to allow my children to have full access of the garden free from any trip hazards.

I've recently used Monster Inflatables for a company Stress Relief Fayre and have to say they were fantastic throughout the whole process. Great comms. Responsive to enquiries and great service on the day with delivery and collection going as smooth as you could wish.

Have used monster inflatables for 3 years know for my daughters party’s. Excellent service and excellent customer service upon booking over the phone and even amendments made bye me to my booking. Great castles ! Highly recommend.

Really easy to navigate website - booking went without a hitch and there was good communication in the run up to the event. They arrived promptly and put everything together super fast, and same when it came time to dismantle it. The soft play itself was a real hit - and very reasonably priced.

Amazing experience, very pleasant and very responsive when I had to make some corrections on my booking. They came on time as requested to set up. The baby shark bouncing castle was big it did light up the hall . The kids loved it a lot , the ball pit was cool too. Thanks monsterinflatables I will surely recommend them and use them again . Very good customer service, really helpful with the booking. The delivery and construction was excellent, likewise the collection service was very efficient.
Overall really pleased with the service.

I used them for their light up numbers and they were such good quality with great warm light. Perfect for any occasion. Costumer service was fantastic, I was always replied to quickly and efficiently. I will absolutely use them again, thank you!

Cannot thank the Monster Inflatables team enough! The set up for my girls party was amazing! The Gokarts were a huge hit with all the children as were the Dinosaur slide and Dinosaur disco dome! My little girl was over the moon they had artwork for “A for Adley” to go on a bouncy castle too. We even had a sweet wall, donut wall, balloon arch and light up number from Monster Inflatables which made the organising soooo much easier! Two days later and I’m still getting messages about how amazing the party was! Will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!

This was the most fantastic experience we have had with any supplier for our parties. We had my son's 1st birthday and needed to find a supplier which had £10M PLI. Monster Inflatables came up and this is when the experience really lifted. Lisa on the team is WONDERFUL - some of the best customer service I have come across. Lisa incidentally also recommended the hall we should use encouraging us to consider this vs our original and it was the best decision. This was our requirements were specific, and extensive. We went through various options, packages and Lisa could not be more helpful. We also emailed in our time other members of the team from Gavin, Charli, Lisa and others and every interaction was responsive and professional. On the day, the team installing were fantastic, being creative with their placement and really going above beyond. The gentleman who collected were very polite and accommodating around our guests. The team really went above and beyond, we felt great value for what we got and a few additional inclusions and we could not be happier. All our guests commented on how they loved the slide, bouncy castle, the number 1 sign and the soft play and the theming. They even added some under the sea stickers on a different slide just so we could have this as part of our theme. It was fabulously put together and we will absolutely recommending them to anyone who asks and using them for future events. Thank you Lisa, Charli and the Monster Inflatables team!

Brilliant company! Very helpful from start to finish! Hired the under sea theme for my little boys first birthday and it did not disappoint!! Definitely recommend!

Very reasonably priced hire of a bouncy castle and garden games for my daughter’s birthday party. Communication was prompt during the booking process and good on the day by phone updating us that the delivery driver was stuck in traffic, but was on his way. Set up and pack down was smooth and efficient and the staff friendly.

Only things for improvement are an update to the automated email which said I could pay the balance by bank transfers, but when I requested the details I was told bank transfers were no longer accepted. Also I filled in lots of times etc. on the original online booking form, but then had to resupply them again by email.

Then we spoke to the team who were all lovely and made the experience friendly and personable.

Very professional, arrived and set up on time before the party started. Staff were great and all the kids had a great time on the bouncy castle and the go karts. Would highly recommend.
