Quick charging and excellent price…
Quick charging and excellent price rates.
Doesn't tend to charge to maximum and would be good if it did for my hybrid, which has limited e-miles, to maximise the potential mileage.
Happy with speed of connection but…
Happy with speed of connection but probably local limitations reduced the power to 3.8 kW rather than the expected 11 kW my i3 expected. This nearly tripled the charging time.
Fast and fair price
Confused
Has a first time user I found the app very confusing. I was given an electric car has a courtesy car for the day and it needed to be charge to get me home. I had down loaded the app from the Q Code on the charging point , I was told it couldn’t find my location, also it required a payment. With little time to sit and work through the app due to be at work. I didn’t get to change the car a very stressful drive home with a stop at a very expensive service station. I did manage to get the app to work a few days later after having time to study the app
Nice🌹🌹🌹🌷🌷🌷
V good facility
System is flaky and unreliable
The app sometimes says the unit is busy when its not as i am looking at it.
if you leave the charging cable connected overnight and then plug the car in the day after it will tell you that that charge point is unavailable (removing the cable from the unit and re-plugging it in clears this error, but the unit allows you to lock the charging cable in)
the management software has a very complicated interface and I would say written by an engineer with not much input from users
Easy to use
Easy to use
Made two mistakes forgot things from car which stops charging on my car and wasn't billed for any use
Unbeatable
Reliable provision of energy at a reasonable price. So that beats just about every other EV charger I have used.
App easy to use
App easy to use and no pre charge debit applied, you are just charged for the amount you’ve used at the end.
App is OK. But no siginal at the chargers I was trying to use.
Same experience as many charge operators, happy to find hotel has destination chargers, brilliant, ah another new app, no problem, ah no signal at the charger location, brilliant.
Eventually got it to charge but why not put WiFi Hotspots at chargers? I'm on one of the main networks that doesn't piggyback off another and just a nightmare to start, or maybe have some kind of way to start a charge offline like podpoint do giving 15 minutes to get it going
Not the easiest app to sign up to
Not the easiest app to sign up to. Not user friendly. Once up and running it's fine but seemingly everytime you charge you have to scan the code from the unit rather than there being a start icon on the app
Pretty unreliable
Pretty unreliable. over the past few months there have been a few occasions when our local charge points haven't been working.
Another app to charge with… but 50p not…
Another app to charge with… but 50p not a bad rate for a Cotswold pub.
Could do with some consolidation in the charging app market now… I have 3 pages full on my iPhone now…
