Horrible products
Horrible products, you can buy a pen and 6 months later it break down and you can't even put the cap on. Yes they are professional, yes they are polite, but to stand behind a $550 pen and the materials are breaking down after 6 months of occasional use from pulling it out of the China cabinet? And not consider it defective? Tough lesson learned to not waste money thinking I was buying a pen to last years, a uni-ball doesn't have its cap break for only $2. Buyer beware, yes your getting a nice looking product but poor quality and craftsmanship only lasts 6 months, they do not stand behind their products. The products they produce are no longer what they once were. I have a Meister struck pen from the 90s and it's perfectly fine, the quality control is no longer there now a days.

I read some mixed reviews here but trusted in the Montblanc name and bought a watch from them which arrived within 4 working days in superb condition. The UPS tracking was great and the item is pure quality. I’d always buy from them direct now.

I was given a Montblanc fountain pen as a gift two years ago. Used it for about a week and the ink flow was terrible. Tried it several times since with the same results. Was excited when I received it. Now I'm equally excited to toss it in the garbage can. Save your money! A $5 pen will perform better than a Montblanc.

I ordered an item via the website and it arrived broken. Despite sending photos to show the poor state of the product, Mont Blanc would not refund without receiving the item back. Which we had to arrange through UPS ourselves. The customer service received while trying to sort this was terrible and I’m still awaiting a refund or replacement 3 months later. I currently have neither the product nor the refund. Poor product, poor service. Il never buy from them again!

Ordered a wallet as a gift and paid extra for it to be gift wrapped and sent to the office address. The gift arrived half opened and with the gift wrapping torn, you would think a company who claims to specialise in luxury and high quality would immediately apologise and accommodate a refund.
That was not the case! Instead they told me I can return the item (which was a gift how embarrassing would that be to ask for it back!) OR I can order something else from there website.
Order from aspinal or any where else unless you enjoy horrible aftercare...
Horrendous customer service
I received a Mont Blanc Fountain pen as a gift from my Pupil Mentor as I had just been Called to the Bar I and I called the UK Customer Service number as I had some questions regarding the appropriate ink cartridge. I found the customer service officer was incredibly terse. I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism. Should I wish to purchase fountain pens in the future, I will not be using Mont Blanc.

Really I am so disappointed from the service I receive from Montblanc UAE as my wallet leather started to peal from inside where no fraction at all in this part while it is still under warranty . I gave it to the shop here in Dubai and they came back to me saying it is a usage. I am really not happy with such services and with a 2 years warranty and the huge amount I paid for the wallet to have such reply. This item shows a defect in the materials and I requested an immediate action with replacement of the wallet. But they insisted it is usage even the mother company said the same. I recommend not to buy from them as it looks like they don’t care about products and they depend on the big brand only.

Terrible customer service. I have been trying to return a purchase i made online since early September. I followed instructions as advised by Montblanc and arranged collection via UPS. Both times the parcel has been sent back to me! I have tried to contact customer service only to receive really generic responses! I have also tried to return the parcel instore however as it was purchased online they would not allow me to!
