Purchasing them was a very easy and fast experience. The shipping was free and very fast even from Europe to Asia. Most of the products I got were great except their phone cases. The leather phone case shattered into many pieces the first time I dropped my phone. I guess there's a reason they're not known for making phone cases. I'd definitely buy more of their writing products.
Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service. They made an error and sent the wrong item. They couldn't find our order, even after half hour on the phone. Luckily I paid with Paypal so had some comeback and raised a complaint. Even then, Mont Blanc didn't appear to read the complaint properly and failed to sort to any satisfaction. It's not a cheap product and the customer service is far from what you would expect from a so called premium brand.

Can I leave zero stars? In 44 years of my life, I have never encountered worse customer service. I spent about $1600.00. Every person I speak to gives me different information. 4-6 weeks, no, we said 6-8 weeks. Um, no, I'm a pen nerd, I put that sh** on my calendar immediately, you said 4-6. The repair facility they farmed it out to, said they shipped it back to them 11 days ago. We're on week 9! I talked to them, after getting routed in circles with 4 different phone numbers, they tell me they had to make the pencap back in the fatherland and that takes 12 weeks. White glove service when you, buy, objects in your butt when you need service. They also didn't cover the repair, which occurred 41 days after purchase. They want $189 because I "attempted to repair it myself. All I did was screw the cap liner back in when it came unscrewd, and it shouldn't have. The only positive thing is that the last lady I spoke with during my many phone calls was named Rhonda and I got to say help me Rhonda, help help me Rhonda.
Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered
Terrible customer service - 5 weeks and still no product. They stated it would take them ‘8 days’ for an investigation into the issue after which the only thing they could tell me was the same unreliable information I have access to. They’ve now emailed to say the delivery time they quote on their website doesn’t include customs times and suggesting it could be another 3 weeks from when it passes customs. However can’t tell me if it’s even passed customs and in the meantime every day I have information to say they’ll be attempting a delivery, again, which never shows up.
I will never order from them online again, so unhelpful, no resolutions when asking for information or help, staff are rude. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered and I work in this industry!!
Taken over 8 months to service a pen
Sent a pen in for service and after 8 months... yes 8 months - they still have it.
They say it's because of the delay in UK customs sending it back - which I know from purchasing and repairing other things normally is only 1-2 days, so their excuse is not valid.
I hope it will be back within one year!

Turns out these so-called EU companies are running a business remotely without hiring any British employees on British soil. The customer person called belal please be careful from this people as they will do anything to make sure u get the product which I did 10 minutes later I came back asking him my husband don’t want it anymore he didn’t want me to spend a lot they said NO REFUND 🤯🤯🤯 he said I will call u on Monday as no manager here to allow the refund. Monday someone called saying we don’t do refund as no body told me about. I spent 1080£ for the pen. I was looking for a new fragrance and I saw montblanc explorer on Debenhams site .it was described as an award winning eau de parfam , I would not usually buy before testing but thought I take a chance on this due to awards given,goodness only knows who have given these awards . I truly think they had a really bad dose of something that affected their sensory facilities . It lasts about half an hour after applying absolutely no longevity and this is supposed to be eau de parfam , my wife actually asked me if I had any on !!.please don't believe the hype ,I would like to say this stuff STINKS but that would be a lie because that would mean it smelt of something.

Don't use them, worst shopping experience ever, that was my first experience, but then I called Montblanc and talked to Ulita, who single handed made this into a great experience, and I will suddenly come back.

Purchased online, still waiting over 2 weeks later. Customer service say it’s not their problem it’s their couriers fault. Shocking and pathetic service. Take some good advice and don’t purchase from them, you’ll be left frustrated and angry at their pure neglect to their customers.
Awful service, robot way of thinking.
I've purchased from Montblanc for many years on the high street. Ordered a valentines day gift, due to be delivered by UPS but showed as delivered before the actual date so looks like it went missing at the border check. (UPS confirmed parcel missing and updated tracking to lost) Contacted Montblanc, the service is just awful becomes my issue even though no delivery attempt was made. Their staff don't read or deal with the query raised, generic responses. When explaining to the colleague a week to investigate doesn't solve my issue just no real life thought into the situation and resolution. I'll think twice before purchasing from them again. Terrible service.
Now a lost sale as a competitor has resolved my issue for me while I await a refund from Montblanc.
18 days still no sign of my order
Ordered a pen on the 23rd Jan with a stated 3-6 day delivery. Still waiting for it. Twice UPS have said it will be coming I wait in just for it to change to another day at 2300hrs. I have contacted Mont Blanc who simply say it is the couriers fault and they cannot help me. Terrible service wouldn’t purchase again.

Ordered a pen as a birthday gift. 10 days later still not delivered and like other reviews state UPS keep sending me numerous emails saying status changed and delivery date rescheduled. So far 7 times i have been given different delivery dates!! Obviously it will not be here in time for the occasion i need it for. Has ruined my surprise and as helpful the associates were over the phone i was promised another update by them after my 6th delivery date change from UPS and have not heard a thing. Except yet another email from UPS with surprise surprise... yep you guessed it another new delivery date. 3 days after the occasion i need it for.
I am not sure if i ever will receive my item now. Lost faith in ordering from Mont Blanc altogether.

Shocking, still waiting over a week later for my order despite paying the £20 for Express 1-3 day delivery. Why offer if you can't deliver, UPS have just had it sitting in their warehouse for a week now and it hasnt moved, just keeps saying warehouse scan every couple of days. Shocking guarantee and service by UPS&Montblanc
On 12 December 2020, I ordered a Christmas present. This was for a person very close to me. At the time, Montblanc website stated that orders placed by 14 December 2020 were GUARANTEED to be delivered before Christmas (even with standard UPS shipping). Because of this silly GUARANTEE, I was convinced that I did not need express delivery. On 21 December 2020 I received the shipping confirmation from Montblanc. On 23 December I was informed by UPS that the gift would be delivered on 28th December (not as GUARANTEED by Montblanc). We immediately reported this in an email to Montblanc. Montblanc said that UPS should be contacted for deliveries and that Montblanc cannot influence this. This is surprising, as Montblanc has GUARANTEED the delivery date! On 28th December I received another email from UPS with the new delivery date of saying it would be the 29th. Today, 29th December 2020, the parcel has still not been delivered. Today I decided to call UPS. It turned out that this was also an empty promise and that the package will arrive possibly on 30th December 2020 or so.... Or maybe 2021?? Who knows...
Shocking GUARANTEE and service by Montblanc. Also poor service from UPS - do not buy online better go to the Montblanc Boutique if you need their products.

Terrible online service and no customer care. Bought a pen within the deadline for christmas delivery, paid £25 for next daydleievry expecting maybe a day or so longer. No email confirming teh order, chased it around 15 times now, now even progressed from the warehouse, no phoneline as the closed/ cut it off, no twitter messages, they wont phne you back, apprantly pens dispatched from Italy , well next day delivery is never going to happen but they charge you £25 anyway. no answers from anyone- christmas gift ruined.
