Communication and design was great! Overall service and how the products turned out was on point! Have recommended this company to several who have also been impressed.

First of all, Eric Turney was so great to expeditiously help us find a terrific pin design. The design of the sample JIFU "Diamond" pins are very much admired & liked by my colleagues. We are heavily leaning towards using such/similar design for all of our Diamond & lower pins designs (in the near future)! Eric is to be commended for doing a great job helping us to find the design that will satisfy a great majority of our "rank-up" JIFU pins. To be candid, we may need to go to a local jeweler, in the Salt Lake City, Utah area, to do the "higher" (more "prestigious") Diamond pins... like Black Diamond, Crown Diamond, and so on. However, for the majority of pins ("Diamond" and lower), Monterey has hit the nail on the head for us! We love the design and are truly, heavily leaning towards making more of them with Monterey (in the very near future, in fact). Thank you!! Keep up the great work, Eric T. and all of you @ Team Monterey! We are in awe of your great level of work quality... AND work ethic! Thanks again, and we will be in touch soon.

We don't need to order often, but the coins we do order are consistent and we never have a problem with repeat orders. The coins The Monterey Company produces are beautifully made with quality materials and orders are handled quickly and efficiently. Communication is also top notch. Highly recommend!

I need a pins printed for an event and our order was very last minute. The Monterey Company took care of the order professionally and quickly, and even delivered the order to us early! Highly recommend for any print services. The pins are beautiful.

I began working with Josh in late November on pins for our Board and employees. He was INCREDIBLY thorough in describing our options, what the difference between them was, and what I could expect for a timeline from placing the order to delivery. I had a few requests for different designs, and he worked through all of those so we could get an excellent final product.
