Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and I apologize for the confusing experience.
While we do ask you to approve your quote, it is non-binding and we will not ask for any payments until you are ready to place your order into production. It is mostly a formality letting us know pricing looks good and you are ready to get artwork started.
We never want to pressure a customer into ordering something they are not 100% comfortable with, or without seeing a pre-production proof. :)

Phenomenal Quality
Phenomenal Quality! I have experience designing pins and t-shirts, but had never designed a magnet before, and was pretty nervous when my boss asked me to source a manufacturer. I'm so glad I found Monterey, because it was actually the easiest process of all the different types of merch I've designed. Josh was professional and responsive and the magnets turned out gorgeous. Very detailed, the colors pop. They became our top seller very quickly. I honestly have no complaints, and I am very meticulous when quality checking the products I order. I've had to have both pins and shirts remade with the other companies I work with, but I've never had to have anything remade with Monterey, because they have delivered exactly what I asked for.

Excellent coins and easy processes
Monterey provided custom coins for our non-profit. They provided excellent communications and statused the production and delivery meeting all of our deadlines. We switched vendors based on recommendations from other non-profits on their experience with Monterey. The coins are excellent quality and we couldn't be happier.

I was looking for your cups. I didn't need 25 but your employee Amy Graves sent out an email of what I needed and she got a reply right away. She sent me an email I ordered what I needed and everyone loves them. I am very pleased that Amy went above and beyond so I could get these cups I myself my husband, sister and daughter in laws can't say enough about them.

Custom Recovery Chip
My 12 Step group made some custom bronze recovery chips. We ordered product samples from several companies and these were the nicest quality. Very happy with the finished product, and we would use this company again. Excellent customer service and good turn-around time.
