Had a few issues with delivery but this wasn’t the fault of the store . Evri is a problem .
I would like to say a big thank you to Tyler who dealt with my issue . I was making contact via email but Tyler made the effort to give me a call . He was polite friendly and understanding. He sorted my issue and apologised for someone else. He informed his manager of his concerns and hope they are dealt with appropriately. The level of customer service was fantastic and hope he likes overtime cause he should answer every query. Thanks Tyler x
The quality of the clothing is terrible
The quality of the clothing is terrible. I've bought numerous tracksuits, t-shirts etc and logos have peeled off everything. Even in a 30 degree wash. Not worth the money.

Broken zip in a month
Ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas, with in a month the zip has broken. They have come back & said as it’s out of 28 day returns period I need to send it back to be assessed by them if they can do anything. A jacket should last more than 28 days! Poor customer service & emails are less than professional! They will hit me up when they have decided what to do!!

I’d give them zero stars if I could! They messed up my order. It missed Christmas and now even months later they refuse to rectify their mistake. The took full responsibility, apologised and yet refuse to send the correct top for tracksuit. I’ve been talking to at least eight different people and each one is dumber than the next. Save yourself money and a headache and don’t buy from this company. Works out very overpriced; especially when you consider the sheer incompetence and lack of customer service.

Shocking quality & shocking service.
I purchased coat £90 a few weeks ago and the Monterrain writing on the front is pealing off!!! Contacted customer service and been asked to send it off and wait for it to be received then a replacement sent out!!! It’s freezing so looks like we will have to keep the faulty one.
Now I can see why they have no clothing reviews on their website.
Terrible quality
Terrible quality. My son has a down coat and the label has peeled off after four weeks, had a North Face one for 3 years and the label shows no sign of lifting at all. Rubbish.

I am extremely disappointed with Monterrain’s service. I placed an order on the 1st of December, totaling £112, and have yet to receive my parcel. This was meant to be a Christmas gift for my son, and now it’s looking unlikely it will arrive in time.
I’ve tried contacting the company multiple times via email, their online chat (which doesn’t work), and even sent a message on Facebook, but I’ve had absolutely no response. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable.
At this point, I just want my order or a refund. I would not recommend Monterrain to anyone based on this experience.

Order placed for a jacket 3 weeks ago still not received. This is a christmas present.
Original order was 'Lost in transit' a manual order was created but still not even the dispatch email received with only 6 delivery days left.

Had a problem sourcing a specific top in an xl/b. Tried everywhere but had no success. I emailed Monterrain direct and they came back to me within a couple of days, with a link where I could place an order. I went to the link, ordered what I required and have now received it. I'm thrilled.

Like the clothes but think twice before ordering from these. My coat arrived damaged with buttons off and a hole in - sent it back the day I recieved it they a acknowledge it’s been returned but not heard nothing in a month and owe over £100 I’ve emailed them twice, messaged them on social media no response at all they clearly don’t care.
