Awful

Awful ! Will not be purchasing again
I ordered a tracksuit and t shirt worth £147 .
Did not receive. When I contacted them I was told it had been delivered. So I contacted Evri . The items had been sent to a wrong address. I had proof that I did not receive, Evri confirmed it had gone to wrong address . I sent all my proof to the company.
This order was for my son who has autism and learning difficulties, he wanted a tracksuit like his cousin.
I went to footaslyum and purchased another monterrain tracksuit so my son would not be disappointed Christmas . I have just received an email after being told they would refund me to go to the police it’s not their problem.
I have been honest all the way through , sent all my evidence and have been charged for items I didn’t receive !

Ordered item 1st Dec for a Christmas pressie, 2nd Dec they take the money send a email saying order being processed and will receive an email confirmation shortly then they go off radar, no one replies, no contact number no chat service nothing and it seems they are doing this lots after reading the other reviews on trust pilot, why oh why didn't we read them before, this company will not survive with this lack of service, DONT BUY DIRECT FROM THEM!!!!

Ordered over £500 worth of items for a…

Ordered over £500 worth of items for a charity donation and received half of my items, they are claiming they have cctv footage of the order being packed but i lterally have the parcel with only half of the items in the package now i am out of pocket nearl £250 and the money was provided for charity donations - would not recomend absollutely disgusting service

Buyer be were..

I'm still awaiting my order which I placed on the 25th of November. I've emailed them twice been on there live chat numerous times and I can't get get anything from this company. I placed an order for a Santa present and got an email back saying "there order confirmation system was having but not to worry my order will be dispatched" and nothing from them since that date. So essentially they took my money wont tell me anything about my order. If somebody from your customer service team manages to read this can the contact me please by tomorrow, if I dont here from you by then I will be informing my credit card company that I've been the victim of fraudulent activity from your company and get my money from them who will in turn look for the money from you. Its an absolute joke

Absolutely disgraceful service from monterrain, first time ordering and will definitely be the last time I order from them .. ordered a jacket the sizing for a size medium in their down puffer jackets is horrendous if you order a medium it’s like ordering a size small, so I did the returns slip an returned the item I was never told it would take 14 days but I had to message on social media to be told that it takes atleast 14 days for the return to be done an then it takes additional time for a exchange to be done so you could be waiting 3/4 weeks before you get a different size or refund … no contact number, live chat does not work, message them on social media and you get no help. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE YOU YOUR ITEMS. I’d much rather shop at north face or berghaus or another high store retailed for outdoor wear but these guys at scammers.

Absolute DISGRACE of a retailer! Sent out an age 16 tracksuit top and age 5-6 pants which I did not order, no contact number just an email 6 emails sent asking for an exchange everyone of them blanked !! DO NOT order from these people take your money DO NOT CARE about their customers!!

Awful customer service

First parcel never arrived, only way of contscting company is via email which takes about 5 days for a reply, if at all. Web chat doesnt work at all, no contact phone number.
Awful customer service, will not be using again.

Faulty garment unable to return via any channel, website, live chat, all email adresses and no contact number

Purchased a jacket for son's birthday, worn once and press stud ripped off ripping the coat.
The QR code on the receipt doesn't work,
tried returning it online but I am out of the 28 days, (bought ahead of the birthday) the help@monterrain email bounces back as does the customer services one saying I am suspected spam! I have a hotmail address?! and there is no contact number.
I decided to use the live chat 1/2hr later and still no response. It timed out and had to start again with still no response.
The jacket is getting sent back to your customer services department and I will await a full refund......That is if this even exists!
My son loves your products but I will never use this company again.
