OMG I have just received my order (Monterrain) through footasylum...what a disappointment, I ordered xl which was the correct size, on opening the size was more a medium..material very thin so grossly overpriced, I now have the nuisance of returning my order which was over £300 because the sizing is appalling and the quality is bad...NEVER AGAIN...DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEEPS
Labels just peel off after 5/6 washes
If you’re conscious about what you wear and expect to get your money worth then don’t buy these products, if you're rich and don’t have a problem replacing an item after a few washes then great, crack on.
After 2/3 washes the print starts to fade goes from nice and bright/shiny/white t dull faded and grey/brown after 5/6 the print starts to peal away so rather than a Monterrain Tshirt you end up with a Mont rain Tshirt. I’ve got every colour apart from the greens in the space dye and they’re all the same.
Can’t fault the fit and materials but the printed labels on the garment are 💩
Items not received only one and sent wrong size
Terrible company I ordered 2 items a track top and track bottoms they only sent one item and there is no phone number I chatted to Tyler online and very rude do not buy of this company this is my first order and very disappointed I'm going to have to find a way of getting my money back from this fraudulent company! I mean horrible customer services it's their fault not mine. I will return the one item sent and contact my bank to tell them and go from there. Avoid this company!

No problem with order, items or return, but sizing is a bit small
Decent quality clothes that are comfortable. Sizing a bit small compared to other brands - particularly on tops / windbreakers, which is a shame as I'm at the top end of their available sizing so some items aren't offered in a size that fits me. Pricing maybe a little high when items not in the sale.
In my most recent order, I included a couple of sizes and returned the smaller one after trying on.
Order was delivered promptly, even with the standard delivery option. Return was hassle free - it took perhaps around a week for the refund to be sent, but allowing a few days for the return delivery and perhaps another day or two for it to be approved once delivered it was fine and not long enough to cause me any worry. Refund was then received with no further action from me after posting it back.
Overall would order again - but would look through items in the sale before buying something at full price. Would be good if they were a little more generous in the sizing, or at least offered a couple more sizes up.

The company and customer service is appalling I have never ever experienced anything like this in my life. Clothing items thrown together falling apart after one wash, lack of remorse or basic care for their customers.
I emailed one month ago a complaint along with images attached of the clothing items falling apart to the customer service team and guess what !!! no response (professional) . Today I spent over a hour on live chat to two different employees who both expressed 0 care in the world over €80 spent on clothing that can not be worn again....Look at the other reviews EVERYONE has experienced the same trouble with this LOUSY brand. BOYCOTT!!!

Returned a package containing 2 items to Monterrian keeping proof of postage sent on the 5th of March 2024 contacted their customer care team on the 18th of March told item did not arrive l contacted Royal Mail who confirmed via email that item was delivered on the 13th of March Monterrian still said item never arrived went back to Royal Mail got another email confirming it was delivered got another email saying that item may not have contained returns l would not use Monterrian again and as for customer service what service just given the run around and no refund
NO JACKET ARRIVED
so basically i ordered a green woven running jacket from the website and i spent £80 for next day deelivery aswell ((jacket was £74.99 and next day delivery was £4.99) and it didnt even come i ordered it last friday and on sunday it said dispatched to evri company which is supposed to deliver my parcel but instead they didnt and kept saying there was a delay so i decided to email both and their replies was awdul until i decided to contact them via instagram and they replied quick (thanks sally) and they issued me a refund DO NOT ORDER WITHOUT CHECKING THE REVIEWS!!!
Zero communication
Zero communication. The pocket lining has come out of my son's £90 tracksuit with minimal wearing. I've emailed them 4 times over the last month or so with zero reply. Quoted their customer charter which they've not adhered to. Absolute waste of time that policy, just to show they're a proper business. I've refrained from just jumping on trustpilot but I'd expect better when the clothes cost so much (not that they'll be bothered). Disgrace of a business.
Terrible service
Ordered a t shirt in the sales, waited over a week and still no update on the tracking website. When I contacted them I get told “the courier didn’t collect so a refund has already been processed for this”. Zero communication until I had to go and ask where the t shirt was and now I don’t even get sent out what I ordered, embarrassing service avoid
