prescription took almost 6 weeks to arrive. After so many calls emails to people in became a joke, Everyday i was promised a call or email, never arrived. Customer service is terrible. When my stuff arrived it was not great. Gummies did nothing and the flower was so dry i could hardly smoke it in my vape. I would not recommended this company. Waste of my £82. They kept sending me Emails to book next appointment when i had not even received my 1st order.

Pleasantly surprised …
I found the staff very pleasant and professional which eased my nerves. I discussed my health condition and was told that medical cannabis is not a cure for my condition (arterial vascular disease) but it will help with the pain and after using it for a couple of weeks, I can confirm that it does help the pain. It also helps with my sleeping, which was not good but is now excellent. One other thing - I’ve never been an anxious person but medical cannabis helps me to feel calm and chilled. I have my follow up call tomorrow which I know will be helpful.

Had my 2nd phone appointment where my…
Had my 2nd phone appointment where my prescription was aggreed over a week ago but I can't see it anywhere. I've looked on the pharmacy site where there is nothing. Currently on the phone to Alterleaf where we're at 19 mins & counting. If it shuts at 5pm why I'm I having to wait this long at 2pm just for a response?
