Seven months ago, I ordered (and fully paid) for a dining room table. Until now, the table has not arrived.
However, what makes matters worse, is that Moodings does not even reply to my emails or proactively communicate the delivery status. I really have the feeling that they took my money and that's it.
What frustrates me is the inferior customer service. I advise everyone to pay more somewhere else and avoid Moodings by all coat. In my case, I have learned and hope to get my 2000 € back...
Can't return wrong delivery
I ordered a coffee table in early January. When I received it two weeks later I noticed that it was the wrong size so I created a ticket in their customer support about this. Even though I sent picture of the paper with information of the delivered product telling dimensions (I received a smaller table than I ordered) I was asked to assemble the table to see if it is wrong. I didn't but instead I sent more pictures with measurements of the package.
Then I was asked if I wanted to buy the table with reduced price. This is fine I guess but I didn't want that.
I got the response that they would arrange a "pick and return". Great I thought and I waited to get notification on when it was about to be picked up. Nothing happened so some more messages were sent but still I'm here with a table I don't want to keep and about 320€ less in my account.
I think this is very poor customer service. Maybe they don't want their table back but I sure want my money.
After months of waiting, I still have not received my order
Like many others, I have been waiting months for a delivery from Moodings. Earlier I had contact with customer service and received an answer that an item from my order was not in stock, but now I can no longer get in touch. I also want a refund of my purchase amount for the other item that I never received.
However, if they are indeed bankrupt, as several people here already say, that is a very sad thing for their customers who still have to receive items of considerable value.

As I see I've got the exact problem as many other people here who had written comments about delayed dispatch. There is no contact with your shop since December even though you sent me an email that my order is ready shortly after I've placed the order. I've already sent you an email but there is still no response.
So my question is where is my package????
In cases like this there are many institutions which provide a great service to secure consumer right. I hope you won't force me to look for that kind of help.

Order was placed on 26.01.2022, website had information about 7-10 days delivery - today we have 11.05.2022, despite several attepts to contact the vendor about new anticipated delivery date response was that they don't know - after canceling the order no reply at all and no money refund.
Case was reported to PayPal and I hope that full amount will be charged back.
I bought one item previously with no issues but second one is an absolute nightmare, I strongly do not recommend buying anything at Moodings.

This website is a scam. Customer service does not reply, we cannot get our money back for purchase made that was delivered damanged. Many people are complaining on social media. Some think that the website is bankrupt. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Still no delivery after months and not even an answer from the customer service!!
I have ordered a wall cabinet for an amount of almost 3000 EUR (!!), it was supposed to be available in 7 to 10 days. It's been more than 2 months and a half and I still haven't received anything! I tried to contact the customer service two times by email, no answer at all (while they pretend to be replying in 24 hours), and then I tried to contact them by phone multiple times and no one is picking up (I just get an automated message and then the phone hangs up).
Now I am really desperate about my order and/or how to get my money back. This website is really not serious at all, don't make the same mistake than me, don't order there!
NB: I don't believe there is an issue with the supplier - Moebe - because on the supplier website I see that all furniture are still available in stock.

This shop will be closing soon - we are waiting since January to have a lamp delivered. What we have been informed along the way have all been lies, and everything points toward Moodings closing and running from their responsibilities. We'll see what name they will use when they reopen.
Now their phones are "in disorder" as well.....
Delays and still no products have arrived
I ordered three vases on February 21st (and the items were listed as either in stock or deliverable within one to two weeks). I have yet to receive anything. I have emailed several times and have not received any update. Beware!
