Be aware! Fraudsters!!

We've been waiting for 5 months (and counting) for a dining table, that was promised to be delivered in 3 weeks! We've been promised 4 different delivery dates, that all weren't made. At first glance the website and their channels look slick, but behind this all is an swindling and truthless organization that makes false promises and spreads lies to their customers. Please be wise and order somewhere else!!

4 months of waiting and counting...

Have been waiting for over 4 months now for a very expensive order. Delivery has been constantly delayed, without any updates. The website is not working and no one responds to our emails. Really bad service!

Waiting for candleholder for more than 5 months now, nothing happens

I have ordered an ANGUI candleholder H92, Black/Gold (height about 1,50m) in November 2021! I am still waiting for the delivery. I was told that some manufacturers experience a number of delays due to Covid19, material shortages, and transport challenges. This is the ongoing answer of moodings. I do not get regular updates on the status, I have to contact them again and again regarding the actual status. That is quite pity, moodings has good products, but delivery of more than 5 months is inacceptable. I am trying to get my money back, because I do not count on delivery anymore.
I will never order anything from moodings again.

Truly disappointing.

Truly disappointing.
7 day’s delivery time, sure.
I’m still waiting for the order to arrive, made a contact with the customer service representative but nothing, no update. We’re going circles now and the attitude “I don’t care about your order” is more than obvious. I’ve also called like 5 times already and every time I’m getting the same answer, “I’ll get back to you” and they get back two days later saying the same things all over again. Shocked that some people had a great experience with this company. This is the first and the last time to get this played out by them. Good luck if you decide to place an order here but I would definitely not recommend. Save yourself the stress and don’t waste your time, you have so many nice online stores/websites to shop.

2 months delivery time (10 days were promised)

In contrast to the estimated delivery day of 10 days, I had to wait more than 2 months for my product to arrive. When complaining they mentioned covid as the reason, which is frankly a lame one in 2022. If you could not solve your supply chain issues caused by covid in 2 years that is a red flag. They also refused to provide any compensation. I am very disappointed in this brand, never use it again.

Very disappointing - Misleading delivery dates / no update

2 chairs bought in early Feb with a delivery date estimated around the 3 weeks later. More than a month after, we are still waiting to hear back from them and get a transparent answer as to when we can expect our chairs to be delivered. Given the amount paid for these chairs this is inacceptable. The customer service argue that this is due to suppliers’ logistics issues but they should provide transparent and honest delivery dates when customers place orders on their website (would not have bought these chairs if I had known that it would take ages to have them delivered at our place).

Horrible shopping experience

I had ordered two Montana furniture pieces. Delivery time was 7-10 days. After six weeks - still not here. Moodings NEVER contacted me, to let me know that there will be a delay. When I kept asking they always claimed that Montana does not deliver... but I wrote Montana - and Montana told me dispatch time is 10 days. So why am I waiting six weeks. Order was canceled. Got my money back - but OMG - what a horrible experience.

DON'T BUY AT MOODINGS if you want to avoid heavy frustrations.

PS: Claiming you feel bad about my experience is hypocritical. Last time I called you - you hung up the phone while I was speaking.

PPS: I’m sure you know which order this is about - however I provided my ordernumber via trustpilot to verify my rating.

I ordered a mirror on 27/11 and it’s the end of February. Still no answer or mirror in sight…

In the description it says 8 weeks. Someone once answered me and said the same thing.
Customer service is useless… please never order hear!! Very poor site.

I’m waiting for already 11weeks!!

I’m waiting for already 11weeks!!! for table which was supposed to be shipped between 4-6weeks no one is even contacting me. I thought it could be a bad luck with the table so I placed another order with console gubi, the delivery time was 7-10days now it has been almost 5weeks and I didn’t even get any apologies or atlast message with some more information. Nothing!

We are waiting for 4 weeks now for our order to arrive. There is no communication at all and the expected delivery was 6-7 days.
At least a brief email about the delay would help. Besides that the contact form on their website doesn’t allow us to send our messages to support.
This is just a bad customer experience.

Fishing / Not trustworthy webshop practices

I planned to shop a rather expensive item and placed it in the shopping cart to rethink it over night. Moodings the next morning sent me a personalized e-mail with an offer to reduce the prize of the content of my shopping cart by 15% if I definitely ordered on that day. Unfortunately this was only fishing scam as the 15% code never worked on my cart. Moodings first didn’t reply to my requests. Upon further requests, customer service came back to me saying that their offer contained a disclaimer that any reduced item couldn’t be further reduced. This was the 2nd false statement as there was no disclaimer. So the further 15% reduction was only to fish.

Based on this not trustworthy scamming practices, I wouldn’t recommend to shop there as further false claims may be awaiting further into the deal.

Our system sends discount codes for our customers who are interested in some of our products at times. However, our system cannot differ between non-discounted items and items that are already discounted.

Therefore we put in a disclaimer in the email with the discount code that states the following: "Discount codes cannot be combined with already discounted items, and does not valid for the following brands: Tekla, Aiayu, muuto and Sebra".

We try to offer discount codes as a service, not as a scam. We could just sell our products at full price.
