Thank you for reaching out your customers, I received the air filter, thank you again, I put it in, but I don't know how to reset the air filter machine, still showing a red blinking light,any suggestions?

The air purifier can hardly be heard, you can feel the cleaner air in the room, and the design allows it to just blend in with the surroundings.

I love my Mooka air purifier. After not being able to find the filters on Amazon, I was relieved to be able to get them direct. They arrived in a timely fashion.

I placed an order on Jan 31 and I have not heard a thing since then. I really need these filters as my old one is not producing much help. I really need this very soon.Would like a response regarding this item I ordered and how soon will I receive them.

The shopping on the site is easy and complete. The only thing I don't like is the payment has to be done with PayPal which I don't like. As of now. The Mooka product is working great. The filters are very easy to replace in the unit.

The reason it's so bad is their stupid policy that they need a Amazon order number to register a unit for warranty. As opposed to the serial number of the unit which would show when the unit was shipped.

Item arrived on time and as described. Satisfactory transaction. Would recommend.

My daughter ordered the wrong filter so when it came I didn't know what to do. I called the company and a very nice person help me sent the link or the right filter got it from amazon and my air purifier is working again-It is always nice to deal with healpful and nice people.

I don't know anything about this place but they are blowing up mi inbox. They need to go away forever.

Product is ok, but customer support is a nightmare and they won't honor their registration terms. I wonder if this is a real company -- try finding a company phone number, or name of a real executive.
