Super-quick and responsive customer support
I had a problem with my MOOKA humidifier and contacted customer support via phone. The MOOKA rep (Honey) then emailed me about how to proceed, and over the course of a few emails within a short time, my problem was resolved and a replacement was sent. Excellent customer service!

Mooka Air Purifiers and replacement filters
I bought two different models of Mooka air purifiers earlier this year and was at the time of needing to replace the air filters. The air purifiers work great, less dust and nice air flow. Ordering the proper filters was easy and delivery was quick. Changing out the old for the new was very easy also.

Excellent Products
I will write another review after the cleaner is opened and in use. I have been out of town. However, I would say that I love Mooka products. They have been excellent products for me in the past. Great customer service
When I contacted Mooka I received an email response very quickly. I explained to Russel what the issue was and he talked me through several steps to attempt to resolve the issue. I explained to him that we could not find any proof of purchase and he still tried to talk me through a few more attempts to resolve the issue. His responses were very quick, professional and courteous. Well we did finally find our Amazon order number and they are in the process of sending me a replacement unit under warranty. I was quite impressed with your customer service. As far as the air cleaner, we like it enough to buy a second one for our basement.

I ordered the wrong product and returned it. They were very professional and quick to respond to my emails. They provided a return mailing slip and also provided a link to the correct Mookah Filters that I actually needed for my home product. Fast delivery and problem solving. Good job!
