Took forever to get any tracking details!
My package sat in Sydney for a few days. Contacted MoonMagic were I was replied with an automated robot response.
Game picked stones, whatever I don’t believe it! Be better at logistics when you ask for people’s money!!!
I hate the mailing service company you have chosen! Cheap sure!!! Bad communication, bad tracking updates! Some of the people who deliver your packages from YunExpress just throw your packages on the front lawn with no care!
If I don’t like the product after waiting this long I will be very upset and obviously ask for a refund and never order again!
My package is currently been sitting somewhere in Melbourne since the January 2nd.
What is taking so long!!! Give me my order!!!

The quality of the jewelry is top notch and the beauty of the gemstones are jaw dropping, no matter which one you go with. My problem does not reside in the fact that it takes 8-18 business days to craft and ship or that I ordered during a busy time of the year. I was aware it could take 3-4 weeks to receive my order.
One of the issues is not that the package cleared customs on the 14th, but that nothing happened until the 22nd.
I received every email you guys sent, don't worry about that.
One of the issues is that after we receive a link for the tracking from Moon Magic, we receive nothing after that. We have to manually click Yunexpress's link to know what is going on. We receive no update as to the actual delivery date, it's a guess game. Never seen that before. I received an update from the Shop app AFTER the first attempted delivery. I had no idea they would attempt again on the 29th. How is this efficient and a great customer experience?

The point is that if your carrier has shitty customer service you cannot just tell your customers that it's not your fault and its theirs. YOU choose to do business with Yunexpress. YOU have the power to choose a different company if they do not provide the CS experience YOU want your customers to have. While you don't control last mile delivery, you can choose to not do business with Yunexpress if they use a bullshit company like eMile.
Waiting in line in a chat on a webpage to get in contact with the carrier was a first for me. And there is no other way. The schedule window of M-W-F 8to12 to pick up a package is also a first for me. You as a company endorse this. The message I receive as a customer is that profit is more important than good customer experience. That only would make me never order from you guys ever, just not to go through this experience again. Again, only being able to get in touch with you by instagram comments is just bad customer service.
When I scheduled pick up with eMile last Friday, the CS agent told me that I'd receive a text to let me know the package was ready for pick up. I never received any text. I went to eMile this morning(Jan 9th) to pick up my order. Good God. I sent you pictures of the place by email since I cannot post photos here. It looks like an abandoned warehouse, with trash and packages everywhere. No shelves, all the packages are on the floor. When I gave the lady my order number, she and her colleague looked through a big metal bin where a mountain of packages were just thrown in. Never ever seen that before. What a dump.
So my order was accurate and the rings are gorgeous, thank god I do not have to return anything. The packaging is really cheap tho. The main box with the MoonMagic design was folded upside down so it was a white box and made the whole thing looks even cheaper.
I definitely will never order again from them and frankly if I had to do it again, I wouldn't.
SECOND EDIT AFTER SECOND MOON MAGIC REPLY : (gave 3 stars instead of 1) So they finally replied acknowledging that it was a poor experience and let me know they got in touch with YunExpress to demand that they cease doing business with eMile. This is a concrete action to ensure that no other customers go through that and I'm glad they did. They offered me a 10% refund to compensate for the inconvenience and it is also much appreciated. Again, the rings I ordered are gorgeous. In the future, if they could guarantee me a decent delivery experience(and a discount), I would definitely be willing to test it and buy again from them. So case closed!

I ordered a product from this vendor on December 11th as a Christmas gift. At the time of purchase, the website appeared professional and trustworthy. However, when making selections for the product, there was no clear indication that it was a “custom” item.
The biggest issue is the lack of transparency around shipping and delivery expectations. The item shipped from India via China, which was never disclosed upfront. Today is December 31st, and the product is still in transit. There is no clear timeline provided by the company, and I cannot return the item or get a refund.
I spent over $200 and have nothing to show for it yet. While I understand delays can happen, the website should clearly communicate if an item is custom, where it ships from, and realistic delivery timelines—especially during the holiday season.
I hope the company improves its communication and sets accurate expectations for customers.

Item took 2x as long to arrive as stated. It is clearly a cheap Chinese product that looks horrendous. I bought it to give to my girlfriend for Christmas. Wasn't delivered in time for Christmas. It arrived today is terrible quality. I am ashamed to gift this to her.

The jewellery box it was in is also a beautiful design that I love, and obviously the necklace is absolutely gorgeous!!!!! Saw them on Instagram and the rings just kept staying in my mind. I loved them so much and wanted to treat myself with a black/golden ring. Sooo, I ordered for my birthday.
Shipping was fast (to Europe for me) and it was delivered in the cutest little pink velvet box. I love it so much it’s seriously so pretty that I ordered 2 more for Christmas. Good quality and a lot of options.

They have great products (at least to that what my wife is saying), but in case of natural stones it appearance might differ from the one shown on the website (not in a bad way, just differently - one should prepared to it).
You need patience if located in Europe, it could take around 2 to 3 weeks to arrive.
The support is great, responsive, very patient and providing usable solutions.
The whole process is not well prepared for the exchange of products (i.e. in case of wrong ring size), there are no return labels, it costs time and a significant amount of money. International refund is only possible as gift cards. Fortunately, it works at least and the support does its best.

Buyers beware of moon magic. This company does a good job of marketing its products through social media and online channels. However the quality of their jewellery does not match up to UK high street options. After paying approx £150 for a moon ring and earings, I was disappointed to discover the jewellery arrived, very slowly from China in poor packaging. Given the price of each item I was expecting better quality from the ring and earings. They seem to be cheaply made and this is in keeping with the very basic card board boxes the jewellery piece's were mounted in. After trying to return the items, my request was rejected as the company has claimed sales items cannot be returned. I would avoid this company at all costs. I see others have also expierenced misleading info on order returns, and alot of comments on poor quality. I have disputed the charge with AMX.
Interestingly the company claims all Jewellery is made in India, but ships via Hong Kong. Seems bizarre to ship east to Hong Kong and then west to the UK.
