I am very happy with my amazing ring! It was a pre-order but arrived way before it was supposed to, and the ring i such craftsmenship; detailed, full of quality, BEAUTIFUL gemstones and overall such a stunning piece! Put it on immediately, and at an event I attended last night a handfull of people complimented me for it!

Such a happy customer, and I will of course return again!

I bought a ring from them last year that was supposed to be gold plated and durable, but within 3 days of proposing to my fiancé this week, it’s already degrading and rubbing glitter all over her finger just from regular day to day use. I no longer have the order number as I ordered it last year.

I don’t know what length I’m getting. Nowhere did I get to select my length, which I want 18”please!

Absolutely love Moon Magic. They have brought so many beautiful gemstones into my life! I have spent my money on them because I'm absolutely worth it and deserve these things. The people I buy gifts for are the same. This is still my favourite jewellery shop after 7 years now! Highly recommended! It's an nice surprise when ordered from the UK and waiting 1-2 weeks from USA. It's exciting ☺️ go for it! Treat yourself!

As a repeat customer, I have only good things to say about Moon Magic. The products are gorgeous and each detail is perfect. The packaging and presentation of the purchased items is always so lovely and elegant, it feels like you spent a million bucks. It is necessary to allow a fair amount of time for shipping, as items ship from Europe.

I love the unique designs. The quality of the gemstones. Very well packaged.

Really hard to design what to get. I liked so many designs.

I plan to purchase the moonstone bracelet next. In gold.

Website is beautifully laid out. Love the prompts on how to where the jewellery. Photographs are beautiful too.

The worst company I have ever been contacting with. I was waiting for a ring for 20 days, after what it was still unfulfilled. I asked for cancellation and I needed to wait two days more to get this cancellation. And now I needed to wait to the refund. No ring, a lot of wasting time, no sorry from their side, no explanation-nothing. The worst experience!

Beautiful quality!
The packaging was gorgeous, the rings are gorgeous, the gems are gorgeous. Very happy with my purchase. I unfortunately got a size too big but that's not the company's fault. Would definitely recommend

Courier wasn't able to find shipment. I was given Updates and a replacement. Customer Service Agent was very helpful and awesome

Cute packaging, and I wear this 24/7. Great condition and my hair doesn't get stuck at all. Smaller than I thought but its perfect for me elegant

Amazing, fast delivery

I’m very disappointed with the quality of Moon Magic jewelry.

I first purchased the Flow Ring in gold vermeil. After wearing it for only two months, the gold plating started to fade noticeably. I want to clarify that I took very good care of the ring: I never wore it in the shower, during house cleaning, and I don’t use hand creams.

I contacted customer service and, after sending photos, they offered a replacement or another model. I chose the Grace Ring, but after just one month of wear, one of the stones already fell out.

It’s a real shame because the designs are beautiful, but unfortunately the quality is extremely poor. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this brand.

I placed an order with Moon Magic on December 3rd, 2025.
I was told delivery would take 8–16 business days, meaning I should have received it no later than December 26.
On December 26, the tracking was updated to “Delivered to local carrier (Emile)” and then everything stopped.

I contacted Emile directly multiple times. They answered me within hours and confirmed in writing that they never received the parcel. There was no scan, no physical package, and no handoff.
Moon Magic, however, refused to acknowledge this.

For over two weeks, I contacted Moon Magic through:
- live chat
- emails
- multiple support agents (Sasha, Inna, Jelena, etc.)

Every single time I got the exact same copy-paste response:
“Your case has been forwarded to the team”
“We are waiting for shipping”
“You will be contacted soon”
" We have contacted the shipping company but they have not answered, you will be contacted soon"
Soon Magic. Soon seems to be their favorite word and all they are able to say.

Package is lost in transit for 15 days, the "local carrier" confirmed it, I sent them the screenshots like the carrier told me to do, they refuse to give me a refund and just keep saying the same thing over and over again.

This was a chrismas gift. Lets just say my girl had a shitty gift.

Still waiting on “soon” but it never happened.
They never provided a tracking update,
never gave a timeline,
never showed proof of shipment,
never contacted the carrier in real time,
and never took responsibility.

Meanwhile, the carrier (Emile) replied to me within 1–2 hours every time, proving Moon Magic was simply not doing their job and were lying to me just to keep my money.

After 15 days of no movement, Moon Magic still refused to issue a refund and continued sending scripted replies instead of solving the problem.
At that point, the package was clearly lost, and Moon Magic still refused to refund me, forcing me to file a chargeback with my bank.

This is not a shipping delay.
This is zero accountability.
If your order goes missing, you will be trapped in an infinite loop of copy-paste responses instead of receiving help.
One of the worst online experiences I've had in the last 10 years and consider this: I order more then 3000 packages each year.

Avoid this company at all cost.

Their customer service is amazing. There was a fault with my product and they happily sent me out a new product without any worries. Response times were fast and they were very helpful. Highly recommend

Moon magic is awesome the delivery took a little while but good. The rings are beautiful. My family loves them.

I was looking for a ring, with pearls, diamonds and rose gold. I loved the fact that I could pick different gemstones and metals for my ring!

The ring I used to wear fell off my finger and I lost it for about two months, so I wanted to replace it, and I found my perfect ring. I was so excited I kept checking the tracker to know when it would come! The tracker was very accurate too!

This is my dream ring! I am so happy with it! It fits perfectly and it is always what I have looked for in a ring. I love the meaning behind the gemstone and that every stone has a different meaning!

Jewellery is good. However still waiting for an appropriate outcome three weeks after reporting that all the boxes were damaged and unable to house the actual jewellery due to the extent of this damage, I have had to buy my own boxes, yet to receive any resolution for this! For the amount of money paid this isn't acceptable.

Placed my order on the 1st of December and still haven’t received my product. I was hoping it would be delivered for Christmas as the delivery time was up to 18 days. It’s now the 7th of January and still haven’t received my product.

On the first email I received I was told my address was invalid even though it was correct on the shipping information when I placed the order, which I checked following the email. I replied to this email confirming my address again but stating that it was 100% correct on my shipping details. On the second email, I was then asked again to double check if I was missing any details about my address on my the email I sent to them, to which I once again expressed my address was correct on the shipping information from when I placed the order.

Since replying to their second email which was on the 31st of December, I’ve had 0 contact from Moon Magic surrounding any details about my order which was placed 37 days ago. I have since sent a follow up email requesting information and once again expressing my disappointment on the 3rd of January and have still had nothing back.

At this point I wish I hadn’t purchased the ring.
