I purchased 4 items after getting fooled into following an Instagram ad. These all look very nice and to be a high quality and had a decent price point, I was stupid enough to buy one more item at a "sale" price after checkout. It took 3-4 weeks to receive any of these items which came in cheap plastic packaging. I ordered a size SMALL for all items and every one of these items is enormous and fit my 6'2" husband better than I but still an awkward fit. There is no way to return anything online except to email customer service, who will write back within 24 hours and send a link to initiate a return, at buyers expense to ship back overseas for a store CREDIT ONLY not a refund. Like I want to buy more crap that is made in China quality and won't fit. What a waste of money. Thanks for nothing China.

Total scam. Took 6 weeks to get product. Got the wrong one. Tried to return it and they claimed that “I was past the 7 day return..could only get store credit”. I pointed out that I got the product same day I contacted them to return it (provided screen grabs) and they quickly reversed their policy and told me I could return for a full refund. The catch with returns is that even tho they ship from California, you have to return Canada, which I found out the hard way. They use this return policy to dissuade people for the cost of shipping back internationally. Total scammers and product sucks. They need to be investigated

Company is a total scam - they have stopped advertising because people are on to them. I ordered, never heard from them, could not track and now cannot even tell if and when it's coming. These people are not legit, and should be stopped. Evil people, why the web needs to be regulated.

Yeah absolute scam website/company. Do not buy anything from them. Photos look nice but it's actually just cheap Chinese rubbish. They make it very difficult to send back and you can't get a refund, only option is to get store credit for more rubbish products from their website.

I ordered a couple of hats for Christmas, expecting they might be late because the company has "an overseas warehouse". I was delighted at how quickly arrived.

Unfortunately, neither hat is the best quality. The "Melon Cat" design is shoddily made. But it's cute, and wearable.

The snapback aviator hat is made for a child or a woman with a very small head. This is not noted anywhere on their website. But when I asked for an exchange for a larger size, I was told there was no other size available.

When I requested a refund or an exchange for a different item, I was offered a discount on ordering an additional item, and told I could keep the Too Small Hat.

But their quality is so poor that I don't really want another product for them. I'd rather have my money back. But since I can't get that, I'll have to settle for leaving them this negative review.

Complete scam. I was targeted on Instagram, it took forever to ship, it was cheap and a horrible fit, and when trying to return it there were all kinds of red flags including no option to return it if you dislike it or doesn't fit, BUT the worst is that the return instructions are very specific which make the cost to return more than the product!

This is a company built on theft. I ordered a hoodie and they emailed me it has been delivered, when in fact, it wasn’t delivered. Upon emailing customer service it wasn’t delivered, “Jessa”, wrote back and asked that I check the household for the delivery when I already clearly had checked it! They also send a tracking number to show to the local post office and issue a “non-delivery”.
Upon showing my local post office they said they can’t even look up the tracking number because it isn’t shipped through their system. They better refund me, though upon seeing the issues other customers have dealt with, I am weary that isn’t happening. Do not buy their products because I doubt you’ll even get them.

Dammit! It hasn’t even arrived and I already know I lit $50 on fire. As soon as I got a shipping notice from china I knew I’d been scammed. Will update in 6-8 weeks when it gets here. F U Instagram.

Package arrived after two weeks.
Parcel was send from China directly and took some time.
Quality is way poorer than the photo did lead you to expect. Very thin textile... A little strange fit, as if they never trieded it on a human.
Would not order anything there at all!

Saw the reviews after i ordered an item, its not even sent and i cant cancel the order. And they stopped aswering when i asked how i return the item when it comes. Clearly violating the EU laws, stay away from this company.

I would avoid at all costs. The clothes they sell look good in the pictures, but are pretty average quality, and very strange sizing (i.e. very large). The returns process is particularly cumbersome. You have to email them to accept a return, then once they respond to you they only give you 3 days to ship the item to them. They also mandate a tracking number, but won't accept certain shipping companies, and won't accept signed-for packages. The whole process seems intentionally complicated to try and disuade customers from sending their shoddy clothes back to them.

Shi**y quality, nothing like the pictures, bad chemical smell, no return policy.
Never ever.

There is no wool in this top, it’s a cheap cotton/Lycra rip off.

PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Their website looks reputable but their returns policy is very wordy for something that essentially doesn’t appear to let you get refunds and makes it fairly difficult for you to actually return anything vs most other online retailers. They even have a clause in there which says they are not responsible if your items are stolen once delivered!

My order wasn’t delivered and having read other reviews I’m actually really pleased that it appears to have been lost by their couriers as I have managed to get a refund (unlike most other people by the sound of other reviews).

Despite it being pretty clear from their tracking that the parcel had gone
missing somewhere due to the complete lack of updates, it has still taken about 3 weeks of chasing for me to get my refund. I’m also still waiting for the money to come back to my account, but hopefully that will actually happen despite the lengthy timescales of 7-10 working days, which is approx double the standard I see from other online retailers.

They repeatedly tried to place the responsibility for chasing their couriers with me when there was literally no way for me to get any updates other than those available online. It was only by repeatedly refusing to do this and eventually threatening legal action after reviewing their returns policy about a hundred times and quoting it back to them that I managed to get them to commit to a refund.

I genuinely think that if they hadn’t lost my parcel I would never have seen my money again.

I’m usually very careful about who I buy from online and just wish I’d been so with this purchase.

I’ve been lucky enough to get my money back but I definitely seem to be in the minority here.

Please don’t waste your hard earned cash!

If I could give less than one star I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - TOTAL SCAM. Bought two items that were not at all like their pictures and you can't even return or exchange them. NO return policy.

Atrocious! Item was NOTHING like pictured, hideous quality and totally unwearable. DO NOT BE FOOLED LIKE I WAS!!!!

Another disappointed customer. Item was wildly too small, and the returns policy is awful.

I received 2 pair of shoes that are not what was described or pictured. The shoes were not lined or trimmed as shown and were well undersized. I ordered my normal size and could not even get my foot into the shoe.
Working on returning for a refund. Based on what I read this may be a challenge. I would never purchase from them again.
