False advertising, material say cotton/ polyester but shirt is 100% polyester crap. Sizing is so far off, shirt looks like its designed but a 90 year old conservative.
It's the worst shirt I have ever purchased.

I purchased a sweater from the company. The sizing was too small (my mistake...and they said they would be willing to exchange) but the zipper was broken and installed incorrectly on the sweater. Attempted to return, and I am already at an hour of my time navigating their email return process and $40 in return shipping on a $100 sweater, and I am being told I haven't shipped the sweater back to them correctly. Do not expect a monetary refund, they only do store credit even though this isn't posted on their return policy. Haven't purchased clothes online for a while and probably will not again.

So I ordered and received to shirts from this company. Paid $150 for the two shirts. The shirts are absolute garbage. I cannot explain how bad the shirts are. I just put them in a bad and will give them to goodwill so that someone can use them. Do not give this company any money. This is cheap cheap China made clothes. I will not spend time or energy trying to get my money back from these guys but please please never order from them. The shirts from my perspective are worth $20 a piece, not a penny more.

Should have read the other reviews. Low quality crap from China. Not even made of the material they advertise. No refunds. Sizing is terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolute garbage company. I wish I'd read up on them before ordering. Returns are extraordinarily difficult and if you actually get a return accepted, they make the process so difficult (e.g. customs fees) that they're purposely daring you not to go through with it.

Shoddy workmanship in their products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I wasn’t expecting much having read previous reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Item looks and fits as expected and decent quality for the price too. If the delivery had been a bit quicker I would have given 5 stars.,

Absolutely the worst customer service in existence. Never ever purchase from them, if you do, there is a significant chance you will age before you receive the product. No help from them whatsoever. TERRIBLE

I concur with other reviewers. Size v bad. Terms say no refund offered for wrong size which infringes consumer rights. Ive appealed for a refund but suspect they'll ignore me and already deeply regret buying from this company. I would warn anyone not to do so. Avoid.

Horrible. Won't even exchange for a larger size because it is outside of the 7 day return/exchange window. Ridiculous. Sizing way too small. Coming out of China I should've known better.

Agree that the website is deceiving making you think you can get items within 7-10 days if you pay for expedited delivery, only to find out it’s still sitting in china 12 days. Now trying to imagine how I’m going to return these gifts to China, given all their rules about returns &fees. Feel like a sucker.

I ordered a Christmas gifts on Dec. 11. Should be plenty of time to get something by the 24th. But when I started tracking the order I found out first of all that it’s coming from China which I had no idea and the tracking information said it went from Singapore to mainland China back to Singapore and is now in Zürich. And I’ve still got 10 more days to go. Today is December 22. If I had known it was a Chinese company I never would’ve ordered because they are always problematic. And I certainly never would’ve ordered if I knew it was going to take 21 days or more to get here, this company should be upfront about where the merchandise comes from & how long it will take to ship.

These folks sell garbage. Run! Run for your dollars life. Total scam and no HQ - it seems as if they are working out of a basement in China.
What makes it even worse - they will not provide refunds - no returns / only exchanges.
Do not do business with these folks

Actually, this place is real. I got my little bunny hat exactly as ordered. Was a little worried because of some things I read (is this a scam/not?).

I Bought a hat for 39.99 plus 4.50 shipping. One minute later, I found the same hat by same company on Amazon for 21.99 and free shipping. Within 4 minutes of original purchase, I wrote to MoonMogul to ask for a full refund and to cancel my order. Have not heard from them. Read the small print and found out they charge $20.00 cancellation fee (the same amount they overcharged for the hat). Bad Policy and unethical company. I will never buy from them again.

All products shipped from China. I bought about 5 shirts. All were very low quality and cheaply made. I wouldn't purchase again.

Absolute garbage company and a borderline scam. It took about a month to get clothing and the material was complete trash. Just a clear scam instagram ad, sad that instagram doesn't vet the companies the do business with. PLEASE don't buy anything from them, I promise you will regret it.

I own at least 2 dozen shirts and I wear them to work virtually every day. They fit beautifully and their designs are eye-catching. I receive multiple positive comments about them and I always share where I found them.

I love these shorts! The designs are so unique. People always comment on the shorts and want to know where I have purchased them from.
The comfort is out of this world! I do a lot of hot yoga and these shorts are perfect in that environment- no itching or drooping as they remain in sync with the moving body. I will continue to be a customer of this company.
