Cheap clothes made in China with the labels ripped out.

Crummy return policy. I also wish I would have read the reviews before buying.

It has become painfully clear that this is a scam. I wish I had googled before buying.

Read the 5 star reviews - Not one is verified all are new accounts. Every genuine review is a 1 star review. Basically this companies rating is 1/5

Product arrived as a cheap piece of ratty fabric and nothing remotely like what was shown on line.
The sizing was off, colour off, finishing off.
Basically a scam.
No care label. Waste of time and money.
Serious buyers regret.

They will send you something super cheap then you have to go through hurdles to try to return it. Your options? Store credit or a replacement even when the items are all in original packaging. Terrible company…DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I ordered a pair of shoes online trusting the description of the product on a rather professional looking website.
The description is fake or photoshopped in terms of pictures or quality. Actual product looks cheap and not close to the glitzy picture on their website.
The product shipped from China and was delivered after 20 days. They have a 7 day return policy. A word of caution here. Certainly check if the Start date is from date of delivery or date of order. Policies seem a bit off, hence the suggestion.
What was termed as leather is some form of synthetic material and looks more like rubber. The product is cheaply built and the insole had come off when it was delivered. The packaging was bubble wrapped and stashed into a plastic cover. No box or protection. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered two items they arrived, like others have indicated, very poor quality and I’ll fitting items, and for the price you’d expect much better Quality, I contacted support and they said only exchanges accepted, i complained and said what was advertised did not show up, they relented and offered a refund, I had to pay to return to Canada!!!, duty is sometimes due, they make it incredibly hard, wanting tracking numbers, proof duty paid etc, just not worth the effort for cheap quality product, made in China.

As all the others wrote. Looks wonderful on the site, clothes arrive in poor fitting, poor fabric quality and poor packaging. Often no labels on them even, like your aunt made you a shirt rather than a fancy quality shirt. I’ll try to return but reading the other reviews here that is unlikely worth the effort.

Their clothes IRL looking nothing like they do online. Poorly fit and it seems to be very low quality. Size M was more like XL. You only have 7 days to return your item and a return also come with a cost. Read the other reviews first.

Just like the others said it's a scam. They send cheap crap from China that isn't as advertised in the pictures. They take forever to ship the product then it doesn't fit and feels cheap. They make you pay for shipping on retuns also, which can get expensive. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

As so many others have said, I wish I had read the reviews. Such long delivery times. I ordered in good time before my holiday and they arrived over a month afterwards. Dubious quality. No returns policy.

I saw this company on Facebook and placed an order. Please, please don’t order from them if you’re not based in Canada, and even if you live there I’d, think twice.
The product was horrible quality, arriving in a zip lock bag and with no labels. The sizing is so so off, Large is closer to a XXL. The real problem is return and exchange. They won’t pay return fees, and, because they’re based in Canada, it’s £30-£50 + import taxes to risk trying a new size, not to mention the time it takes. So please avoid them - if you want clothes of this quality I’d recommend popping down to a local knock off market instead. You get better stuff at Primark or H&M.
They were reasonably responsive over email.

Shirts are nothing like the photos online, and the fit is very poor.

Products don't look like in the pictures. They don't allow returns. They charged me extra for a different size of the same piece of clothing although I followed their fitment list online. All their clothes are several sizes larger than what they seem. An S pullover is more like an L. No way to get in direct contact with them, just a contact form with very limited options.

Extremely poor quality! I ordered 2 sweaters:

- The material feels cheap
- The colors do not match the website pictures.
- The look does not match the website pictures.
- The stitching was awful! I have 15 loose threads hanging off in various places. I'm afraid if any one of them gets pulled the whole sweater will fall apart.
- Customer service (email) denied my return request via automated email response that came exactly 1-minute after I submitted my return request.
- Customer service (phone) sent me directly to voicemail without ringing. No call back from message left.

Clear description of products and policies. Fast, easy order process and my item was well packaged and arrived within a few days - exactly as described. In fact I liked it enough to order another!

Oh man really wish I had read the reviews too.

Awful awful awful quality. And then turns out you can only return for store credit because “items are made to order”.

What if your order in the same item in two sizes to make a choice? Nope store credit only.

And then they threaten you with legal costs if you try and do a chargeback from your credit card provider.

Clearly this is just a money making racquet.

DO NOT BUY.

I should’ve read these reviews before I purchase this item it’s taken over two weeks and I still don’t have the item. It’s a Canadian base company but the products are made in China caveat emptor.
