The card was fine, but the customer service was diabolical. I paid for and received the first card. I decided it was too big, so I went on chat to order a second card, thinking that the call handler would simply reorder for me with the same artwork but simply provide the smallest card. The call handler was hopeless, and coulnd't understand I just wanted the same card but smaller, but he/she insisted I had to start the order process from scratch which turned out to be incorrect. Staff training needs to be much better. It was very frustrating. second card was paid for and delivered next day.

Lovely personalised card capturing photos for a special occasion. Delivery was quick although said it would be next day and it was the day after but still fast service. Photo quality was perfect. I would definitely recommend.
