Am very happy with how the card looks, however, once again the delivery was bad - an envelope marked 'do not bend' was rolled up and shoved through my letter box, despite me being at home - Moonpig please change your delivery companies!

I loved my card and being able to personalise and add so many photos, it makes it all the more special. The photos are clear too.

I order a personalised card and the photos came out yellow! I spoke to customer service who sent me a replacement card, still came back yellow! Never had a problem before this but definitely wasn’t happy! Ended up getting a refund and going elsewhere

I wrongly expected to be able to print this off as it was delivered by email but unfortunately couldn't I had chosed this delivery method as i needed it in a hurry but o no avail Had to use another piece of software / another company so this really was a waste Should have don my research properly I guess but I bet I'm not the only one to have done this - maybe make it clear when ordering that it cannot be printed!?!?
