I was very happy with the product although it was bent when I received it which must have happened during delivery. I contacted Moonpig about the card and they replaced it straight away. I have ordered quite a few large personalised cards previously and this was the first time this had happened. So that was the reason I scored 4 stars instead of 5.

How can I possibly comment on a card I have sent not received? Difficult web site to produce card with photos, no clear instructions just had to use guesswork. Sent too late, 8 days to print and deliver very poor, plus not giving delivery day until after I had paid! I won’t be using again.
