The card was brilliant only downside…

The card was brilliant only downside was Royal Mail did not deliver even though it was first class so had to go and collect on the day of birthday at sorting office. Might be worth looking at other companies to deliver who will get the cards to customers ontime.

Royal mail delivery on time as promised. However beer that I ordered is still in depot waiting to be delivered on Fathers day for Fathers day.......

My experience

Completing final part of order ie: it couldn't find post code and address that I entered for delivery, but completed after a lot of trying, also entering visa card details no problem until I entered UK for my visa card and wouldn't complete until I entered Spain I'm assuming it was because I was on my laptop in Spain on holiday when making purchase of Birthday card !! All ok finally but took a lot of messing around before finally going through.

Brilliant service

Been a Moonpig customer for a long time, pay for Moonpig plus which is well worth it. I just ordered a card on Saturday morning @ 11am and it was delivered the next day - Sunday morning at 10am!!! I am genuinely baffled at how this is possible, amazing service!

Parcel not delivered in time even…

Parcel not delivered in time even though paid for postage
This is the second year this has happened, i wont be using moonpig again.

The shopping experience was absolutely…

The shopping experience was absolutely fine however, I ordered my Father’s Day card on Thursday 18th of June I received notification it was to be delivered to me 19th of June. Unfortunately, I still have not received my card. I understand that it’s Royal mail that has let you down but it’s now Father’s Day and I have no card.
