I deeply regret making a purchase from this company. Within 15 minutes of placing my order for a vacuum cleaner and several additional items, I realized something wasn't right and immediately requested a refund. Their response claimed the order had already been shipped, which was impossible as I had received no shipping confirmation. When I replied expressing my doubts about this claim, I received no response.
The company's behavior is concerning - claiming instant shipping without providing tracking information, then going silent when questioned. This seems like a deceptive business practice. I'm now at risk of losing money I cannot afford to lose. I wish I had researched more thoroughly before ordering. I would strongly advise other potential customers to be very cautious and thoroughly verify any company before making purchases.

Don't buy from this company, it's a fraud. I bought a vacuum cleaner from them a month ago and the package has never arrived. I write to them and they only answer me that they are checking it, and it's been like this for 3 weeks. I don't know what they have to check when DHL told me from the first day that they had lost it, MoonPod doesn't want to give me my money back. Please don't buy from them, my mistake was not reading the reviews of this company, everyone speaks badly of it. I haven't been able to check if the vacuum cleaner is good or bad because it hasn't arrived, but it's not worth checking if you can lose your money. Please don't buy from them if you don't want to lose your money and your health complaining to them.

Dog 5hit hoover. Cheap plastic Dyson copy. Like buying a fake Ralph Lauren Shirt.

The hoover took ages to come. They sent me an email saying the hover was lost then it arrived after I requested a refund.

The hoover out of the box comes on and goes off after about 10 seconds.

So the hoover took ages to come and doesn't work.

Should have stuck with Dyson.

I accidentally purchased 2 vacuum cleaners. I returned 1 right away and the post office delivered it 2 days later. That was a month ago and I'm getting nowhere with my refund. After reading the previous reviews I realise this company are Chinese. I'm now wondering if I'll ever get my money back.

If you have AU$359 to spare, donate it to a charity, don’t give it to these scammers.
I ordered a MoonPod stick vacuum cleaner. After 6 weeks no vacuum cleaner. Many, many emails to them with what can only be described as stalling/lies they offered a refund less15% restocking fee for an item that they never sent. It took a further 6 weeks for the refund to arrive.
THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Do not purchase anything from this company, you won't receive your goods and they will charge you 15% of the total cost of your item to cancel your order, go down the route of charge back to get a full refund.

Terrible correspondence.

I asked for a refund, they explained 15%would be taken off a a surcharge.
Still no refund. No correspondence.

DO NOT BUY. Scamming company who don't even offer a refund unless you post it back to China even then there is no guarantee. Tried to cancel my order 15mins after I placed it. Fell for their website then released I've been scammed. The worst company stay AWAY. DO NOT BUY. Your better off throwing your money away then giving it to these thieves.

This is new used it today no real power picked ok ish then when I took the pipe off the dirt fell out what a waste of money

Awful Hoover, can’t believe I bought it without reading through the reviews thoroughly. It has fallen apart within three months of domestic use. Trying to get a refund has proven absolutely impossible, it’s like talking to a brick wall. I can only assume they have AI on customer service. DO NOT BUY…false economy.

This is a low-quality Chinese import which is underpowered in its default mode, meaning you have to increase the power to get any decent suction therefore decreasing the run time. The 2 accessories are cheap plastic and fit badly. You can't get in touch with the seller but have to get in touch with moonpod.uk and, once you do reach out to them they will try everything to stop you getting your money back! The return address on the shipping label is a Chinese logistics company based in Leicester, which is why they say you have to send the vacuum back to China AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE!

Don't buy this vacuum cleaner. It is almost impossible to put together and once you have managed to do that emptying the dust cup and getting it back onto the cleaner is virtually impossible unless you are very strong. Any 'help' videos are in Chinese so I was unable to understand. I have wasted my money.

I bought this vacum cleaner in August 2024 with return option as I knew nothing about the product. It's NOT the best of the products. It's parts are hard to disconnect, emptying it is a mission and the customer service is a joke. You will not be able to return the product just because it does not meat your expectations, even if you mark that option when you are ordering it. I am still waiting for the refund for spare battery I got ordered with the vacum, and never received it, since the beginning of August. Customer service is a joke.
They said they will deduct 15% for cancellation of the order I have never received and therefore I want my money back!!!! SCAM

Moonpod vacuum cleaner does not meet expectation.
Very poor pick up and suction on carpets.
Whoever writes these product reviews on best buy websites need to use the products.

Don't go near this company I ordered a stick hoover from them I didn't look at the reviews until after tried to cancel my order to be told already been shipped I asked for a tracking number didn't get one. You can't ring them only email which takes 24 hours for a response I told them I didn't want it they said try it you might like it I told them I would be returning it to them they said I would have to pay the shipping back to China when the delivery finely arrived I refused to accept it it got sent back to there warehouse in this country. Eventually got my refund minus £30 they took for shipping. I will never buy anything on line before I read reviews they are just SCAMMERS.

These are terrible, I purchased on my credit card, had all the replies from Joy, advised my credit card company who made me a temporary refund, this week they advised the case was closed and the refund was permanent, so if you did purchase on a credit card peruse through them.

It works perfectly, people are morons on hear clearly, as it was rated 2.5 out of 5 star. Clearly should be 5, it's way better than the vax I used to have!

Really bad vacuum and customer service is non existent. Don’t waste your money.
