I'd never heard of MoonPod brand before, but thought give it a go. I've had some really bad experiences with vacuums in the past! After a month, the MoonPod has done surprisingly well. I really like it! Although the instructions are opaque, once you get used to it, all good. It's a really nice looking, light weight machine with plenty of suction grunt. Charges fine. I'm happy I bought it, and it's at a lower price than other vacuums.

I ordered the Moonpod. Then I read all the negative comments. So I cancelled directly. What happened?
I still got an email that it will be send. I send new message that I cancelled already. Got email that it was shipped so cancelling wasn't possible. After 5 days I received the Moonpod. I tried and I am satisfied. Everything is working. Only the battery works not 40 minutes but enough time to do a house.
Conclusions:
Product fine
Organisation: it is not Alpinemart but Hongkong and
the conditions are not good.
You can return but that costs you 15 % and the costs of sending.
I decided to keep the Moonpod.

Great value for money.

Terrible vacuum cleaner. Doesn't suck up anything except the lightest speck of dust. Tried to return, just went around in circles with customer service asking for videos and photos, which I sent. And they said it's impossible it doesn't suck. Worst purchase ever with terrible customer service. Used only half a d9zen times and will be taken to the dump as it's useless.

And terrible customer service - I have been asking for a receipt for my purchase and they keep ignoring my emails. Terrible! Not recommending this company at all.

Received my Moonpod today, so disappointed no suction at all stay well clear of this company.

The seller's service was great, super fast responses and quick shipping. Definitely not a scam at all.

MoonPod is connected to DryPulseUK and DryEase who sell dehumidifiers online at £138.00. (also see Sterra and Sterra Moon). The "dehumidifiers" are cheap little plastic machines from China which don't work/not as described. Same problems as other reviewers with customer service, offering minimum compensation and not supplying a return address etc. We have been chasing a refund from DryPulseUk for several weeks now but oddly today we received a response from MoonPod in relation to our issue with DryPulseUk. Please checkout the BBC Sounds programme "Dehumidified" It appears that there are loads of these cheap products being sold at very inflated prices all over the world. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

I would have given zero stars but you can’t. I ordered a vacuum cleaner in June 2024 and I couldn’t ever get on their order or store page as it wasn’t secure. As time went by and I had no idea if or when it was going to be delivered I tried to cancel but was told I couldn’t until 2 weeks after delivery. I never received the item but they had my £179.00. It’s now September 20th and I have no vacuum and no refund. They do not answer emails. The company is marketed as MoonpodUK but is infact a Hong Kong company as far as I can see. I would advise against using this company unless you have unlimited funds and don’t mind losing your money. There is no customer service and this has been a very difficult and stressful process for me. I subsequently ordered a Vax which was delivered the next day with a guarantee and a genuine customer service based in the uk.

I purchased this following an exception on-line review which I now assume was a product testiment made by a "paid tester" as I have a dog that moults dreadfully! The product is manufactured from poor quality plastic. Trying to initially get the parts to fit was difficult! Badly moulded with cheap plastic tools and the ability to suck as well as a fish with a straw! Avoid like the plague! Absolutely trash. Now fighting to get my money back - watch this space.....

This company is a SCAM ,there are lots of these Chinese companies lying about where they are located and what they are selling. "JOY" is a bot and the name JOY stands for Jokes On You...because they know they are scamming you and stealing your money and making you jump through hoops with videos and ridiculous questions...just go straight to your bank .don't bother engaging with scammers

Absolutely useless vacuum cleaner, two things broke off of the unit within 2 months now it doesn't work at all...their customer service are about as good as their product, offering a 3% refund!!
Seriously STEER CLEAR DO NOT BUY!

I purchased the vacuum cleaner not realising it was from China as the company had an Australian website address. Then I read the reviews and was horrified. But, to my surprise and delight it turned up within two weeks. It is brilliant, I can't fault it. The vacuum time is extensive, and it is light, and the head is very flexible.

Bad Customer service and the Hoover isn’t all that it’s not as powerful as they say tried to get a refund and it’s a nightmare

Unbelievable nerve of their customer services. Threatening and extremely unhelpful. Basically told me their product was fine even though it clearly doesn't do the job it's intended, it's uncomfortable to use and lacks any quality in the materials it's made from. Hardly picks anything up of the floor either. What good is a vacuum that doesn't vacuum. Told that to send it back it had to go to China and I had to pay the postage, import tax, customs fee. Which would more or less be the cost of the vacuum and if it got lost in transit the full costs of that would fall at my door. Instead they offered me a 3% refund to keep it. That equates to £5.37 refund on a £179 product. Steer clear and tell everyone you know about this company, Ryelo. All of their products are clearly going to be rubbish and they must be a scam company.

Order the hoover 3 weeks ago still hasn’t arrived however, says it was delivered. Their service team have been looking into it for 3 weeks but still no outcome absolutely shocking.

Nothing thus far because i will NOT purchase as i have read the reviews!!

As everyone keeps saying it's a scam has anyone actually got a refund or an address for the warehouse in the UK.
Update. I tried to cancel straight after ordering but they wouldn't. They sent the hoover, I refused to accept and it was returned to sender, about 30 emails later I've finally got £149 back. The £30 is in their policy as "handling fee". Save yourself the hassle and don't order a vacuum from here they are just cheap dyson imitations worth about £30.

I bought a moonpod hoover and they said it would be 3 days delivery. I waited a week, nothing so i got in touch got no reply so next day it arrived and i thought oh that was good service. But 2 days later another 1 arrived, i got in touch again and told them what had happened and i wanted information on how to send it back got an answer saying i could keep the other one and get 5% off it. I tried getting in touch again to say no. It is ok for me as it is light, easy to use, but try amazon they are cheaper. I can't get in touch with them about my order, bad service, BE VERY AWARE!

Bought the hoover then decided to check out the reviews then realised it was a scam (even the confirmation email was sent into my junk mail). After seeing reviews that they don’t give refunds and that it would be difficult to cancel the order I decided to ring my bank to speak to the fraud team. They put it down as a scam, cancelled my card and have refunded me.
