Quite possible a scam as this hoover is not fit for purpose. Battery lasts 15 mins and the suction is not good enough. It's come from China and I believe the reviews are fake. KEEP AWAY......ITS A SCAM....

Absolute scam of a company. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE 'PEOPLE'. Everything negative you've heard about moonpod is absolutely true - there is a 'review' site out there that shows it listed as no. 1, that site is set up by moonpod to guide people to buy their product. If you give them your money you'll then have to spend weeks fighting to get it back - their 'customer service' is entirely AI, there is no human interaction, there is no email address, there is no contact number. Its a scam. Avoid at all costs and don't loose your money.

I ordered a vacuum but after I'd ordered I read the reviews so got very anxious . I sent an email immediately to cancel the order .
They replied to my email within 24 hours of sending which is good . They agreed to cancel the order which is good .
They answered every following email within 24 hours. Again good. The only negative is that they said their policy was to keep 15 percent if you cancel. I'm not sure that's allowed however it was worth it not to have the hassle of sending the thing back. (Pick your battles )
I had to chase the refund and give them a 14 day deadline or I'd claim off my credit card . But the money has now been refunded. So I don't think the customer service deserves a bad review!

DO NOT BUY THIS. IT IS A SCAM.

This is a HK company pretending to be operating in europe. The product they send is faulty, missing parts, and gives off a burning smell. They only have an email to contact and as such they just ignore your requests for any refunds.

Please research online and you will see numerous reports stating how customers have been scammed by this faulty cost.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PRODUCT. I used this stick vac once the day it arrived and the suction is pretty much non existent. I asked for a refund that day as per their 14 day return/ refund policy and so far the email replies just keep avoiding the issue. They also charged me for postage when the website says it's free.
They are a complete rip off.

UPDATE: 30th December 2024.
After numerous emails back and forth to moonpod, the parcel has been returned to me by UPS as they could not get a signature in China.
This may well cause me further expense.
Moonpod have still not refunded my p&p as per their terms and conditions! They clearly have no intention of doing so. They are adept at lying.🤬🤬🤬

UPDATE: 21st August, two months after starting refund process. I have now got my CREDIT CARD COMPANY involved as Moonpod broke all distance selling regulations and kept sending the same email, we are now up to 25% discount. They WILL NOT GIVE A RETURN ADDRESS!

Finally got a return address from them after my cc company took over. Credit card refunded the £179 to my account pending enquiries. I sent them copies of all the emails and threats.
I then got a promise to refund return costs and a return address of:

After reading a remarkable review on '10 best rated vacuum cleaners' I ordered the Moonpod vacuum cleaner on 19 June and it was delivered on 22nd June, just as we were leaving the house to go on holiday. On our return on 30th June I opened it and was very disappointed with it. It doesn't pick up dog hairs from carpet as it is supposed to do.
The saga then began. Like others on this site I got emails from 'Joy' using every tactic going to prevent me from getting a refund. I stuck to my guns, and 8 emails later I got the scripted response, which was very abrupt, offering 5% discount. It also warned of the cost to return the item to China, but still NO return address. If I had wanted to waste money , I could find better ways to do it. I have just replied refusing the offer. They are nothing short of scammers!

I have two cats, and this vacuum picks up all the fur without any issues. I use it everywhere—on my carpets, hardwood floors, and even the sofa. It's super lightweight and easy to carry around. Plus, the battery life is amazing—I can clean my entire apartment on one charge. Totally worth it!

Do not buy this product. I have it less than 1 month and it is the worse thing I ever brought. The company are refusing to refund me. The vacuum has an error and does not work. Please please don’t buy it. You will regret it

DO NOT BUY. I changed my mind after reading some reviews and cancelled within hours. The company refused me a full refund saying according to their policy there is a 15% fee for cancellation. This does not appear on their Refund & Return Policy on their UK website. I bought from Moonpod UK and they obviously don't think the Distance Selling regulations apply to them. I should have received my money back in full and I'm now going through my credit card company to get the difference back. All aggravation I could do without. Please, please do not have anything to do with this company.

Do not use this company. I ordered a vacuum and less than 5 mins later, i cancelled. They still sent out my order and now will not give me an address to return it. Their return policy is misleading and actually they want me to return to China and incur the cost. My item did not arrive from China. Here is the email i get everytime i ask for a refund

Do not buy this vacuum cleaner.
You would be better using a straw and doing it yourself.
Returns and refunds impossible as they refuse to give you their address.
Only one email address and no telephone number.
Have reported to trading standards, consumer action and my bank, and I would encourage anyone in the same position as myself to do the same.
I intend to write to action fraud and the national press.

My aunt bought a moon pod vacuum cleaner to give it to my mum for her birthday, however we has already bought another brand for our mother! My aunt wrote 4 emails to moonpod support explaining she needs to return the product a refund due to the gift not being suitable as my mum has another vacuum cleaner from us!
Each time they reply by not dealing with the query but asking ‘what is wrong with the product’ my aunt is frustrated by this as they are being obstructive! Their returns policy states one can return the product within 14 days, yet they do not reply to the process of returning the product!
We cannot find a U.K. number to call to complain either! Poor poor customer service! Can anyone suggest what my aunt should do?
