This vacuum is worth every penny! The suction is amazing and the dustbin is a good size. Only downside is the battery lie is a bit short for our big family, but buy an extra battery will do the trick.

Customer service there isn't you have to rely on email!! Which are always 12hrs behind.
I have asked for a refund over a hoover I brought it has a design fault which they are aware of! and they continue to sell it. They have tried to say they well send me a new base and a % of money back. All I want ls the return address and a full refund as I have gone out and brought a new hoover else where which is what I should have done in the first place and not brought from here. This person Joy I keep emailing doesn't seem to read the emails. Please don't waste your money.

I cancelled just 2 hrs after placing it.No monies had left my account until over 24 hrs after send cancellation email. No fees incurred by the company. £179.00 hoover and they refunded only £117.00 another 5 emails later and i finally got another£35.00 back.
They deducted 15% just because I cancelled my order.
Money had not left my account. No picking fees incurred. No packaging fees incurred. No shipping fees incurred.They just keep 15% from any cancelled orders come what may.
No customer service. I sent 15 emails in 5 days and received 3 replies from Joy stating the same thing - they take 15% for cancelled orders whatever the reason.
Absolutely disgraceful company that should not be allowed to trade at all.
Buy from them at your peril!

Dont deal with this company.I ordered a vacuum online - was told by partner he had bought one already - cancelled order by emailing their support email almost immediately - (within 5 minutes of placing order) then despite this I get a getting your order ready to dispatch email some 10 hours later. Again I email support and tell them I have sent an email to cancel the order. They then said they will deduct 15% percent from the refund because they have sent item- item was never sent - apparently they managed to stop shipping but they still refuse a full refund because they allegedly shipped. Tantamount to theft and with no regard to Consumer rights or distant selling regulations - despite asking for matter to be escalated to management the same person (Joy) keeps emailing their terms are clear and they will deduct 15% for shipping. Unethical business - avoid

Over priced piece of junk.
Bought from their official website, hasn't lived up to any of their claims. Battery lasts 1/8th the time, suction.. well it sucks and now moonpod are trying to remove my review because they don't want the bad press!! What a scam, avoid this company at all costs

Absolutely disgusting company. I cancelled my order less than an hour after placing it, due to an error on my end. They emailed me 3 days later saying the order was getting shipped but I was being charged 15% shipping fee. I asked how this was possible as I cancelled it long before it was shipped. After a few back and forth emails they agreed to refund the whole 100%. I have since been advised, more than a week later that the 85% refund has been issued, and nit is policy to take 15% after shipping. Again the order was cancelled long before it shipped. Joke of a company. Stay well clear.

Complete rubbish. Suction very poor and battery life short.
Within 3 months the vacuum has developed a fault and will not suck at all. I am struggling to get a repair or a refund and company keeps stalling despite it being under guarantee.

I'm very satisfied with this vacuum cleaner! The gray and gold design is very stylish. The suction power is strong, and the battery life is decent. It works perfectly on hard floors and short-pile carpets.

Definitely do not purchase! After 4 weeks and no communication from MoonPod item was located and found to be damaged in transit and I was charged.

Still waiting for a refund...

I have read all the negative reviews on this product and agree with every point made.
I purchased a machine by mistake and tried to cancel but like many came up against "JOY" Customer Services!!! and still received it. Initially I left it untouched and asked for a refund.
Eventually after repeatedly being asked "what was wrong with the machine" and for videos. On the advice of the Bank I opened the package to check the contents. It was a hoover and having read the reviews, especially on the battery, decided to try it.
I attached the battery to the main body as per their manual and tried it with no appliance attached. The battery registered 48 [minutes] and ran out in less than five.I tried charging it and it did not register anything. Others have reported this in their reviews
Reported this to "JOY" and guess what, another request for a video? of what!!!. But I played the game and put the machine on charge, again nothing registered but I thought I would leave it and see what happened. Well luckily my wife noticed smoke coming from it and it caught fire, I was able to get it out of the house in time before it caused a major fire.I have read one other review where someone reported a smoking battery!! Sent MoonPod video's guess the response, yes requests for more videos.
I have now had a running battle with "JOY" for weeks with basically repeat messages for it to be returned to China!!! I have enquired with my local Post Office giving them the full circumstances and they stated they would refuse to accept it, as it happens the returns address on the parcel it was sent in is for an address in Enderby, LE19 4DB, England. So it has been left for them to collect or examine at my address
I have registered a complaint with Trading Standards and repeatedly asked for their Registered Trading Address in the UK as they are trading as "MoonPod UK" guess what, no response.I also wish to service them an invoice for my time wasted.
I can update you to the fact my Bank has refunded the money into my account but the repeat messages from MoonPod just keep coming!!!!

UPDATE-:
The bank refunded my money in July but MoonPod have repeatedly attempted to contest this with them.
Only by keeping a comprehensive log of the emails and videos with them have I been able to persuade the bank to take the issue to the highest level.
In October I was finally informed that the bank had adjudicated in my favour and the matter was now finished.
Thats some four months later before I could delete the email's, get rid of the burnt out rubbish MoonPod delivered and know my refund was safe.

This hoover decided not to pick up anything and when you changed the mode it made a high pitched squeel.. to cut a long story short a number of emails sent sending them the pictures and videos they asked for waited ages for a part which did nothing at all... more videos sent and asked for my money back as only had it a couple of months... in which they replied asking for a picture of the filter... I told them I didn't have time to keep taking pictures... and again have asked them for a refund... don't buy this it's rubbish.. will get a Dyson instead.

I did what everyone else here has done and thought it was a UK and AU company and read a raving review and so went and purchased it. Nope, it's rubbish and should be embarrassed calling itself a vacuum cleaner.
I also had the same issues with Joy and their customer service and after two attempts at talking with them get Blocked from sending emails. I'm also going to the bank otherwise I have bought myself a vacuum-shaped ornament.
It's also interesting reading the Bot remarks on here giving it a five-star rating I'm calling BS on those reviewers, AI or paid reviewers for sure. What is the world coming to.

This vacuum cleaner is very practical, especially with the auto-sensing mode. It looks premium and is easy to use. The only issue is that the packaging could be better, as there was some minor damage. Besides that, the vacuum itself is great with strong suction and a large dustbin.

The vacuum cleaner has a very attractive design and is easy to use. The suction is strong on hard floors and short-pile carpets, but not great on long-pile carpets. The battery life is average, so I had to buy an extra one. The packaging was slightly damaged, but the delivery was very fast. Overall, I am fairly satisfied.

They are scamming people with fake review websites. I pirchased it because i thought it was being sold from UK. I still haven't received my £179.00 refund, even though when I contacted "joy" she said she was going to contact the bank as soon as possible to adjust the invoice amount. This is just delay tactics. I'M GOING TO RAISE THE DISPUTE WITH MY BANK NOW WHO SAID THEY WILL INTERVENE ON MY BEHALF

I received the vacuum over 8 weeks ago and have not been able to use it as the charger does not fit.

A new charge was sent, and it doesn't fit either. Still no vacuum s it can't be charged.

Terrible service. Don't buy one.

Do not buy a Moonpod vacuum! They are cheap and the battery lasts less than 10 minutes.

When asked to return and refund using their 14 day returns policy, they are using avoiding tactics by trying to trouble shoot. The vacuum is not broken just rubbish.

I feel tricked by their dodgy review site.

Wasn't aware this was Chinese item and despatched from China until after I'd placed order as site leads to believe it's Danish and has UK base. I contacted and was given tracking which only showed China, let a week pass with no movement and told unless received by certain date I wanted refund.
Strangely arrived next day and I have been pleasantly surprised. Extremely quiet but definitely does the job , I have a Beagle who sheds like crazy and it copes well, sufficient tools to do jobs rather than loads you never use , no idea how long it will last but so far so good.
Worth the money.
