I thought I had bought a Jellycat but knew as soon I saw the parcel that it was a fake. Very disappointed and not hopeful I will get a refund. They said they needed photos which I sent and told me I would need to pay the postage if returning but they would send a free replacement. Don’t need two rubbish soft toys. Think this website should be barred. Not buying cheap chinese goods online again. Think I need to accept I e been scammed and I cut my losses.

Selling carnival prize like items advertised and priced at jellycat prices. Their photos on their site also show actual jellycat items with tags. The will not issue a refund and 4 months later they are still waiting on an update from the warehouse.

I ordered the wrong product by mistake and immediately told them to cancel the order and not charge my card. I was told I had to wait until after my card was charged and then when it was, huge surprise, the product somehow had already been shipped so I can only get a refund if I ship the product back…to china.

This website is a SCAM!!! they clearly advertise genuine products then send you a FAKE KNOCK-OFF at inflated prices. They then give you the run-around when you complain, requesting a refund or say they will resend the right product..... it is all lip service, no action!
DO NOT purchase from this website!!

Ordered a Squishmallow and a fake was sent. Have requested a refund but emails are ignored so not hopeful it will happen so I expect I will have to go through my credit card. Item was £30 and is definitely not worth that! Avoid at using at all costs!

I wrote a review on a Jelly Cat Amuseable Moon stuffed toy that I bought and received a fake jelly cat. There was no tag and the materials were different than Jelly Cat’s. I even added a photo. They used my photo and my name to create a fake review I didn’t write.

They sell counterfeit goods as real products such as jellycats. I've demanded a full refund, but they said I would have to pay to return it. They've said they will send me the genuine product but that won't happen

Same story as other reviews - fake items, big rip off. Ordered a Jellycat pig my daughter was desperate for, thought it might be too good to be true.. it was.

She doesnt seem to mind that its a fake, but be warned this is a rip off!

If I could go no Stars I would have after waiting weeks and weeks for my item finally it arrived and is nothing but a poor copy of a jelly cat, charging the same price as the real thing ,legs sewed on wrong no jelly cat label ,on there site it's advertised as the real thing and it is totally not 🚫 do not order from this company

Avoid. Sent wrong product. When requested correct one said they’d sent but still not arrived 2 months later and now ignoring e mails. No way of reporting reporting this bad service.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Preferred two Jellycat and they’re bad copies!! Sold as Jellycat! The reviews on their site are great, only wish I had looked into it more.

This is scam! We ordered a white clock got a black. They promised to solve this but after 6 months and a lot of e-mails (which they don’t reply at anymore) we still have no white clock. This is a scam organisation
