My partner ordered a funko pop. What we received was a “Fakeo pop”. Absolute cheap knockoff garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

None of the items on the site is authentic. I was sent a fake Funko pop.

Do not order from Moon Walk Baby. Their customer service is dismissive and they will literally lie to over how shipping works in your country.

I ordered a boardgame I am not even sure is real by the other reviews I have read and it took forever.

They did not communicate to me that it would be dropped at a random post office and proceeded to lie to me.

I am South African and living in South Africa and order things all the time yet they wanted to dismissively tell me that this is "as pet standard delivery practices in South Africa."

No it is not. Standard is via courier it just takes longer. Express is via courier and is faster. But both methods use a courier in South Africa.

They proceeded to tell me dismissively that I should have selected express if wanted a courier.

Have these people lived and ordered things in South Africa?

Their customer service is terrible and condecending. They don't understanf how in South Africa you don't use the post office.

Hell I have lived in Israel for almost a decade and they also don't use the post office there. People don't use the post office in spain either.

I guess buy from them if you want to be lied to.

Purchased a product that my daughter asked for for Christmas. Not only did it not arrive in time, but here it is January 14th. I got a shipping confirmation that it had been shipped a couple days ago. Then, I get a notification that I’m being refunded due to the item being out of stock! Just insane! I ordered it over a month ago, only for them to say it’s out of stock and you aren’t getting it!

Ordered a jellycat lilac bunny medium.. wasn’t the real one but a VERY cheap knock off.. the arm isn’t even attached properly to the body, the nose isn’t even close to the middle of the face and the end of the aren’t even finished off (black strings are very visible). Also it says MEDIUM but it’s a small one. I contacted them about refund but they refused to give back money. They’re advertising on the website with official brands, but they’re a scam! Please do not order jellycat plushies from this website! Waste of money. This plushie is only worth $5 for sure and my man paid $30 for it.

The item purchased took much longer to arrive than advertised. When it did eventually arrive it was not as advertised on the website. We purchased a ‘jellycat bunny’. This was very clearly not a jellycat item at all.
Following numerous emails to their customer service I was told I could get a refund if I returned the item (to Hong Kong) at my own expense.
When I requested they cover the cost of return due to the mis selling of the item they refused and said they would only refund if they received the item and would by no means be covering the cost of the return.
Absolutely avoid this company at all costs! The items they are selling are not genuine.

Knock of copy of Harry potter Monopoly. Not even a good copy really really bad .
No box , photo copy board . Absolutely rubbish it's gone straight in the bin .

Website said I was ordering a jellycat stuffed animal, they sent a cheaply made knock-off instead and then gave me the run around about returning it, promising that a new one was being sent and never sent it. I waited to long then to dispute the charges with my credit card company. They are a SCAM

Wrong item was sent, and they are refusing to cover the cost to send it back. The item was not in its original packaging (as per the image on their website), and arrived just a plastic bag. Really awful service.

The Jellycat bunny came with no tags. There was no way I could donate to charity because they need to know it's new. This company is a scam and sells black market products

Deserves a minus, ordered a Monopoly Christmas Vacation and got the cheapest, naffest, pixelated dud even possible. I have complained, as photos on the site, i wanted to make sure i was ordering a genuine item, so i emailed before purchase, they said as advertised, what i recieved was embarrassing, a small brown cardboard box with a sticker on it 😡😡😡😡😡

I wish I could give ZERO stars! Ordered a Jellycat bunny and got a knockoff light pink bunny with lopsided eyes and terrible stitching that wouldn’t even be worth $5 at Five Below!

I duplicated my order as the purchase confirmation was unclear, so I immediately requested a cancellation. I received the cancellation email from them with reassurance that I would receive a refund immediately. Instead the company sent BOTH orders (which arrived late) I am now expected to pay postage back to Hong Kong to get my refund, which is extortionate. I've sent numerous emails asking for a resolution but can't get any help.

Really disappointing and a massive inconvenience.

BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!

When purchasing an item a few weeks ago, the website glitched at payment (showing there was an error as it was stuck on the processing page), but I was charged anyway. I had asked them for a refund (on the day of purchase, a few minutes later), but the company insisted that the order had been shipped and a confirmation email would be sent. Annoyingly enough, I should have researched the company prior to making a hasty purchase because they have no legal policies uploaded to their website. Anything you click takes you back to the main page. Due to this, I was able to raise a claim with my bank, and they were able to reverse the charge.

Clearly, they didn’t like that as all they want is your money - whether the order has been finalised or not.

Repeatedly for the past week, they have been sending me an ‘error with payment’ email. All I have to do to cancel the order is simply reply ‘I would like to cancel’. Funny enough, I have been trying to cancel this one item for the past two weeks, but still, I was hoping they would get the message when I reply to EVERY SINGLE EMAIL!!!

Yeah, no…I have just received an email saying my order has been shipped. That’s what happens when you purchase from a company with no legal refund policies. They can basically do whatever they like to get your money.

So please be careful when purchasing on this site!

If I could give this company less than a one I would! Run don’t walk away from their website. All of the reviews are accurate you will not get your item on time. It will not be authentic. It will be a knock off and a very poor example of a knock off. You will not get a refund unless you ship your item back to Hong Kong and you pay the cost they did say replacements are free if you’d like the same crappy thing again! Im not sure how companies like this are allowed to stay in business just to rip people off.

Bought what I thought was a genuine jellycat bunny came today & it's not real just blatantly a white bunny no tags nothing

Knock-off products advertised and sold at name-brand prices. Even the knock-off didn’t arrive within the 16-day delivery window. Had to face a sad kid who couldn’t even get the gift under the Christmas tree.
