Scam! Ordered backpack said delivery 2-3 days (for new school year)
Realised this was not possible after irder and wanted to cancel. They said it was too late eventhough they only dispatched it 7 days later

I have received the item, not the worst to be fair. But i dont need it anymore and was promised i can return.

They stopped replying to me now - no return/refund. Cant believe i fell for this scam

ordered 2 beatles lego art recieved 1wont reply to my emails and phone number doesn't exist wish I read reviews definitely scammers don't use this company I've got dispute ongoing with my credit provider 3rd August

fake poopsie unicorn, no refund, luckily ANZ did charge back for $141, lot of money to waste and very disappointed child

They advertise a PS4 Dualshock 4 controller describing it as OEM and showing images of the OEM version but the one delivered is a cheap knock-off not even a refurbished controller.

Received a fake LEGO product. Would not recommend this site at all.

The Lego starwars republik dropship with at-ot walker was indeed not real Lego, but the quality of the set is really good and is almost identicle to the real deal. I, as a Lego collector almost didnt know it was fake until i saw the description manual. Otherwise then that i totaly recommend buying this because this set in Lego would have costed almost 5 times the price.

Before I was going to write to them, they sent me an e-mail that the other item was sold out and they had sent the money back! And so it was!

I will never buy from them again. They are thieves. My son ordered a lego set from them in January 2024 and still haven't received anything. When you follow up they give empty promises. This is a scam!

This is a scam they sell fake products and if you want a refund they make you pay to send it back even though all products are counterfeit. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE

Fake Company!! Try to track order on the e-mail received from them. Then the reply is: "this e-mail does not exist". What a lot of nonsens. Paid a lot of money, but I am sure it is down the drain now.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a Star Wars light saber blade builder but they have sent a fake which doesn't connect to other sabers and is worth about £3

Scam Website. They ship knock-off items and overcharge for shipping. Will ignore your requests for a refund.

I bought 2 funko pops. Very silly I am usually so careful especially when the company doesn’t offer PayPal options.
I tried to cancel the day after ordering when I realised it was a fake distributor but they said I’d have to wait until product arrived. I have, now they are here and they are poor, the plastic is less dense than funkos usually are and brittle , the colouring detail is poor, they are clearly fake. Can I get any feedback from customer service ? Nothing.

They sent wrong item and the communication was very slow. I know they’re the other side of the world but it often was 2/3 days to respond. I asked for a refund as the item would no longer arrive in time so didn’t want a replacement
After lots of waiting for a response I was given a tracking number and they’d sent a replacement out, despite me wanting to cancel the order and refund. I was happy to send the item received back.
Their customer service was appalling, didn’t listen to me as a customer at all.
Can’t comment on the actual item as I managed to find it closer and cheaper in the end so purchased it there.
Awful customer service - would never buy from them again and wish I’d read here first!

Ordered a LEGO replica kit, priced below 10% of the original. Looks perfectly OK! Fast delivery!!!
Now I have built the giant model -
The original set contains 2503 pieces. There were only 3 (standard LEGO) pieces missing in the kit and in addition there were about 100 pieces left over.
If original LEGO is 1000 quality points, this replica was 998, i.e. absolutely fantastic!!!

Terrible company. Fraud company. I bough the Lego Minecraft was wrote as original but i received poor quality toy branded as Minecraft Lego and they asked to refund the item to Hong Kong that delivery have crazy costs and I need pay it. It’s this violates consumer rights and buyer legislation in the UK. They respond so slowly that the return deadlines are exceeded, they are deliberately stalling for time

Dò not buy from this sham website....EVER! Ordered a toy for nephews birthday. Paid €50 and got a little plastic toy in a tiny box that you'd find in a christmas cracker. Feeling absolutely annoyed with myself because I was fooled by this Hong Kong based scam of a website. I'm trying to be polite here but they're scumbags whoever is running this con of a website
