First time using Moovers for our regular car hire. Good communication throughout with the opportunity to complete the majority of the paperwork in advance for a quick collection.
Part of our reservation included two child seats. Antonio was extremely helpful and understanding in resolving a slight problem which led to a positive conclusion.

Our experience with Moovers was exceptional, fabulous communication throughout the process from upgrade options to pick up point at the airport. Short ride from the airport, spotless premises, very friendly staff - would no hesitate to book again. There are lots of car hire companies out there but Moovers went the extra mile with quality of vehicles and customer service!

Avoid like the plague
I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Moovers Car Rental that I feel compelled to share.
Firstly, they imposed a hidden fee for collecting the car after 11:00 PM, even though my flight was scheduled to land at 10:40 PM—a detail clearly stated during the reservation process. Shockingly, this fee was only communicated on the day of the booking, despite the reservation being made over two weeks in advance. The fees are buried in the terms and conditions and at no point are they presented clearly during the booking process.
The staff’s attitude was appalling, with Silvia, in particular, being outright rude and dismissive. Rather than addressing my concerns, they seemed determined to stonewall me.
When I escalated the matter, a supervisor called me to discuss the situation. After I explained my dealings with Silvia and expressed that I felt robbed by the hidden fees, the supervisor (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) took issue with my choice of words. He stated he didn’t like my expression and, astonishingly, also refused to accept my complaint.
The most egregious part, however, was Moovers' decision to cancel my booking without my consent, solely to prevent me from filing a formal complaint. Even after canceling the booking, they refused to allow me to submit a complaint. When I asked for my personal data to be deleted in accordance with GDPR regulations, they became completely non-responsive, demonstrating a clear violation of GDPR laws.
This company lacks professionalism, transparency, and accountability. I strongly advise avoiding Moovers at all costs. Their disregard for customers and the law is appalling, and no one should have to endure such treatment.

The facts are very clear: You had a reservation for 11:00 p.m., when we close (7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.), as your reservation was at the end of our opening hours. In these cases, it is our duty to inform customers that in the event of a pick-up outside of our hours due to a flight delay or any other cause, the fee for delivery outside of office hours is €40. This is included and explained in our terms and conditions. In any case, we explained it before so that the customer can choose. In this case, we leave it to the customer to pick up the vehicle the next day if they do not want to pay this cost, it is not an obligation. At this point, your dissatisfaction was reported, indicating that we do not have transparent practices and the feeling that we wanted to steal from you. We are very strict about this, we treat our clients with the utmost respect, as soon as we do not feel this way on the part of the client, we directly cancel the reservation based on our right not to rent, we made this known by email and by phone. Regarding your data, we have not received an express formal request. Regarding the deletion of personal data there is no denial on our part, we will proceed as indicated by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). The data of your last reservation will be deleted immediately, the data of previous reservations will be reserved as stipulated by law. The best rental in Alicante.
Absolute impeccable service from all members of the team from before I even arrived in the country. A WhatsApp message to let me know I should text them to let them know when I arrive to be picked up, an immaculate car for an unbelievable price including full insurance, no hassle at all when returning the car and even had time to chat with me during the shuttle ride. I go to Spain 4/5 times a year and will 100% continue using Moovers every trip from now on, especially after comparing to the other rental companies at Alicante airport.

Great service
Really happy with our hire car and the excellent service provided - we hired for a long weekend in Alicante from UK, with the full insurance (no deposit) and a baby seat. We checked in online, and the pick up was extremely quick and efficient.
Car was in excellent condition (5-door Yaris hybrid) and the good condition baby seat was isofix, so was a quick and easy fit.
The communication and shuttle services were excellent, and the car return quick and efficient.
Highly recommend this company, we will be using them on our next trip for sure.

I rented a car for the first time
I rented a car for the first time, so I was initially a bit skeptical. However, everything turned out perfectly thanks to Moovers. We were picked up on time at the airport, and the drive to their location was just about 10 minutes. We opted for the full coverage package, and I’m really glad we did! We rented a fiat 500 for a week. For just the two of us it was fine. On our departure day, we returned the car, and they kindly took us back to the airport. Overall, a seamless experience, and next time, we’ll definitely choose Moovers again! Highly recommended!

Finally. An honest car rental company.
From booking to collection to returning the car everything was well organised and clearly communicated. We received an email prior to travelling which enabled us to provide all information in advance speeding up the collection process. We were asked to send a WhatsApp on arrival which was promptly answered and we were picked up quickly. On collection they accompanied us on a thorough inspection of the car documenting everything in photographs on an ipad which were shared with us by email. All staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The car was exactly as booked and the return process was just as smooth. The whole experience was a vast improvement on previous rentals with other car hire companies and we will definitely be using Moovers again.

I've used Movers a number of times for…
I've used Moovers a number of times for car rental at Alicante airport.I have to say they are a very reliable and competitive. The cars are first class and you get what you pay for. The pick up procedure is so simple, you let them know when you've arrived via text and within minutes there's a mini bus picking you up. You then have a 5 minute transfer time. The centre is so handy to get to when leaving the car back. I personally always book direct with them as you can choose the best insurance option to suit your needs. Communication is second to none!
5 stars first class service, very happy indeed.
