To be avoided, unpolite disrespectful and inventive to reject customers
Not safe ground, company to be avoided. I was about to place a reservation with this company to rent a car, and thanks god I called first to the office they have outside and far away from alicante airport, so I was able to have a conversation with a unpolite, entitled, disrespectful and lack of commonsense office manager ( as he mentioned he was the office manager ). I was explaining him I was visiting alicante, I was about to place a reservation and wanted to make sure they have that specific car available. As soon as he heard me speaking spanish, (I speak several languages native level), supposed I was from Alicante, and started to convince me not to rent the car. The strong argument to convince me about not to rent a car, is that if you dont have a boarding pass ( mental ) you can not rent a car with us. I was asking him where I could find those conditions exposed to the public as a request for renting a car because have mentioned few friends the good prices they offer and wanted them to check first of course, and he was insisting that it is well stated everywhere, but its not. Its not in their website or other platforms. In an attempt to get close to him because the conversation was turning unnecessarily weird and he was starting to sound rude, I played the common grounds card, we both work in moreless same environment arround aviation. I said, its okey, work for an airline man, and can provide my boarding pass. As soon as I mentioned I work for an airline, he told me that then my boarding pass was a false document (dont know what level of disrespectfulness this takes), and that he was not going to accept it. I just landed the day before, with a regular boarding pass for the airline I work for, and going away in 9 days, and about to place the reservation for that period. Apparently, you have to make a reservation and then get the surprise with the conditions. like if you want to know what are the conditions that you are giving me the money upon, you have to give me the money first LOL. Is the most hyllarious conversation I have had so far with an individual like that. Company to avoid, and heads up, it could be possible that you are cancelled your reservation if you dont have a boarding pass, or if you mention that you work for an airline (it seems theres no aviation mindset community behind this people), maybe they will think that your physical boarding pass with your name that you used to go on holidays to visit some friends to España is a false document because you work for an airline, despite that you are just a regular turist. I repeat: not safe ground, company to be avoided. Of course will spread this gar ba ge experience in the airport community environment so everybody knows what they would be dealing with when placing a reservation with them. Y tengo la conversacion en el movil grabada, por si management de esta compañia quiere escucharla. No se molesten en borrar la reseña de aqui, ya acaba de ser publicada en un grupo de aviacion con miles de personas. Gracias por su tiempo, una experiencia basura.

Fantastic company
Used Moovers when we hired a car last year from Alicante airport and did the same again this August and found the experience to be just as good this time as it was last time.
Efficient, friendly staff, quick pick up and drop off and no hidden extras.

Highly recommend!! Great customer service!!
The customer service and the efficiency of the staff was impeccable. I got a great rate and they talked me through all my options and explained everything with great detail. I got very quick responses from their customer service team no matter the time in the day. They were also very quick to action any request I had during the rental over WhatsApp.
Felipe and Rivo were very accommodating to all my questions and made the whole rental process very smooth.
Would definitely recommend it if you are looking to rent a car!!
Note: they accepted my Indian driving license without and IDP.

Got the best 7 seater deal at Alicante airport - brand new car - service was excellent- WhatsApp messaging prior to pick up with perfect detail - on arrival picket the car up within 5 mins - was offered the company full insurance at an very competitive rate - seamless return - 2 min shuttle back to the airport - will def use again

Brilliant company!
Used this company in June & again in August. Amazing service and friendly staff. We had our own insurance so just paid the flat rate for the vehicle. Offered their cover when collecting the car - said no thanks, this was accepted with no overselling. No issues both times, when returning the car, car was checked over then our security deposit was released. 5* company! Highly recommend.

Great company and friendly staff. Would 100% recommend.
We booked two cars with them, one of which wasn’t available and we were upgraded to a Mercedes which was lovely. They even changed the language on both vehicles before we picked them up to English which made it much easier to navigate the car settings. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pick up from Alicante airport was easy and fast, we waited about five minutes and the return was just as quick and easy. There wasn’t the normal trying to sell additional insurance when we arrived, although we had bought the full insurance package (no excess etc) when booking online. When dropping off the car there was none of the full inspection and arguing over a scratch that was already on the car that we have encounter with other companies. Tip: I always take a video on my phone before picking up a hire car abroad as prove of and dents and scratches which were already there.
