I had no idea where to start but knew what I wanted! Nicole talked me through the process and was very helpful throughout. The installation team were great too, efficient and friendly. What more do you need?! Happy with my new front door and it looks the part :)

We had our windows and front door fitted, there was a delay on the door, however this was rectified and all was well. Our front door has been nothing but trouble since October 2024 at first it was letting in rain and leaving a puddle, now we can barely shut the door. I have phoned on numerous occasions to ask someone to come out and we keep getting told there is nobody to come out. I have also asked for a manager to call me back, this has never happened. We have spent a lot of money with this company and there after sales service is absolutely shocking. We are left with a faulty door and nobody cares. I wish we had stayed local

Overall great experience Darcy very knowledgeable about the products and passionate. Felt at ease no hard sale. The fitters were fantastic cleaned up after themselves and done great job will be using again for my doors. Highly recommend!

Great experience from start to finish. Darcey came to chat us through door designs and different options for our needs. Guys doing the installation was friendly, helpful and efficient. Only snag was a power cable being shorted by an electric saw when cutting the skirting board and tripping the fuses. We’re loving the new door.

Fitters were punctual, friendly, and efficient. The new windows have transformed the exterior look of the house and we've had neighbours admiring the result. Great job, wish we'd done it years ago!

Dee was very helpful explaining how the new windows would work, replacing wood sash windows that were not in a good state. I asked for pvc windows that were similar to the sash and I think they were not so easy to install. I am very happy with them now
The flat is much warmer. I think because this is an old tenement property it was not easy to install the windows and it took a number of visits to seal round the windows so that the wind did not get in. Graham visited me I think 3 times and we finally managed to resolve it. The wind managed to come in one window and whistle at another window! Alls well that ends well. I would recommend more living to install your windows. Doing it again I would get tilt windows, maybe easier to clean but that was my choice. Thank you Dee, Graham and More living

Great company and Darcey is very knowledgeable and approachable.

From quote to install everything was straight forward. Raymond explained everything clearly. The two young lads that came to install were great the covered the flooring in the area's they were working and cleaned up inside & outside when they were finished.

The customer service from start to finish was excellent, the young lads that fitted our windows, where polite, tidy and worked very had throughout the day of fitting. They also cleaned up afterwards you would never have know new windows had been fitted other than my new windows. Constant communication from start to finish from the company, would highly recommend to family, friends along with potential new customers 😊

From the initial meeting, it was very relaxed and informative. Darcey was great with her knowledg regarding the company's products and her professionalism in dealing with clients. There was no 'hard sell' and there was plenty of time to consider our options and decision. The quality of the the sample window was excellent. The team of fitters, Craig, Stephen and Ryan, were excellent and a pleasure to have in our home. They were very considerate and were also very knowledgeable about the fitting of the windows and doors, and left our home as tidy as possible. The quality of the windows and doors are excellent. We are delighted with the end result and would highly recommend More Living to anyone and also their employees that we met.

Had all new windows and a new front door at the end of February this year. The products are pretty good and the fitters were brilliant. The only downside was having to chase for copies of all the paperwork and guarantees months down the line, but all done, received and in order.

Got new front door today and very pleased. The guys were very helpful and tidy. Would use this company again.
