I would just like to say a massive thank you to Morley Stoves especially Maddie as I Randy last Thursday to purchase an oink pizza oven which they only received back in stock on Thursday pm I placed my order online at 2.55pm after a telephone conversation with Maddie and we received it before lunch on Friday.
Then after first use on Saturday evening I found an imperfection in the glass on the oven door and after a few emails with Morley Stoves and oink support we received a replacement door today so the service from both parties concerned was second to none and I would definitely recommend these to my friends and family and to top it off they were the cheapest online
Cracking service 👍🏻😊

Couldn't ask for more from a friendly and fantastic company. After speaking to Maddy in the showroom who helped me out with all the questions I had about the big green egg and all the accessory choices, ordering couldn't have been easier. The delivery team were helpful and on time. Great company and will be using them again

Super happy with the service and the stove
Super happy with the service from Morley Stoves. We were recommended them by our builder and we are very glad we chose them. They assessed our chimney and we bought a stove which they installed. It looks amazing and now we have used it through winter we couldn't be more pleased with our purchase. Would definitely recommend their products and service!

I placed a order for a garden stove.was expecting delivery when I got a email saying it will be refunded as they advertised the wrong price .
Feel this is very unprofessional !!!! I run my own business if I give someone a wrong price I honour it .
Obviously don't care about reputation or service !!!

HI Karen. We are really sorry that you feel this way, in all our years trading we have never had below a 4 star. As we tried to explain to you yesterday on the phone, the manufacturer (not us) changed their pricing structure meaning it would COST us almost £400 to send you this item. I'm sure you understand that due to being a small family run company we just could not spend that amount of money to help a customer. We really did try and we tried everything we could but they just wouldnt budge. I'm so sorry again that you could not get your item.
Great service
Never heard of the company before so looked at previous reviews which seemed very good.
They had a Meater 2 plus probe for sale cheaper than anyone else, £15 cheaper than Amazon so took a punt.
Absolutely no problem, arrived within a week.

I live outside of mainland uk and recently purchased an item from Morley. My destination wasnt included in the delivery option online. I telephoned to enquire about this and was very impressed with the service i received. The young lady i spoke to could not have been more helpful and friendly and the item was received within 24 hours ( very rare in my experience). I very highly recommend this company.
