I have just sold my house and Ben and Russell were both great throughout the whole process. I have previously bought a property through them as well, and on both occasions they were excellent to deal with.

They kept me informed every step of the way, were always professional and approachable, and made it feel quick and easy. Great communication from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use their services again in the future.
Top tip though - use a local solicitor!

Best experience ever! This was my first time buying a house and despite of all the bad experience my friends had with their agency, my experience was amazing! Constant responses, helped with everything, answered all of my random questions. Debs was updating me at every turn. The nightmare and worries of the whole process, MA was a good part and did make it much easier. A big thank you to Debs, Vicky and Lisa! I highly recommend them! A+++ service and support.

We bought our house that was up for sale through Morris Armitage. The guy who showed us the property was so uninterested and seemed annoyed when I shared my opinions about the house to my husband. I look at houses for sale in our area all the time and the Morris ones are always over priced. I can literally pick out the houses for sale by Morris that will sit for ages and I'm always right. Pretty telling when a non professional can gauge house prices better than the realtor. This was a couple of years ago now fyi. I just get annoyed by there blatant over priced houses.

We engaged the services of Morris Armitage to sell a property in Red Lodge. They were helpful, enthusiastic and efficient. We had problems in getting documents from the property management company. Debi Bond was particularly helpful in sorting out the issues we had. Would highly recommend.

Very poor service. Weekly update calls not received. No idea what “marketing” activity was undertaken by them in an attempt to sell my home apart from uploading it to RightMove and hoping.

Gave specific, detailed feedback regarding my experience which I was told would be passed onto the directors. Needless to say they haven’t had the courtesy to respond.

After a very bumpy start with another estate agent we decided to go with the best. Lee Vice came to my property and gave advice on what needed to make the property inviting to a buyer. I took his advice and put the property on the market with Morris Armitage. They had an agreed sale within a week. I would definitely recommend the team. The communication was brilliant the whole journey.

We had outside challenges which made our moving journey harder but Morris Armitage remained professional and communicative. Ben, especially was highly efficient in his role, always getting back to me, being pro active, easy to reach and patient when more hurdles came our way!

I want to say a heartfelt thank you to Frankie and his Team at Morris Armitage for the wonderful professionalism, care and support shown to us since we contacted them a few weeks ago about renting a property in Downham Market. Frankie has been the epitome of the highest level of customer care you could ever want to experience. He went over and above to help us find the right place to rent. Nothing has been too much trouble and he takes a real pride in his job which shines through from beginning to end. It is such a relief knowing he will be there for us 24/7 if ever we need anything once we move in. I’ve never had this level of care and support from any other Estate Agents I’ve had dealings with in the past.

It has been an absolute delight dealing with Frankie and his staff and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They should feel very proud of themselves. We are so grateful to them.

In a pretty tough market MA Newmarket branch have been brilliant from listing to completion. Would highly recommended to friends and family. I rented in Cambridge through Morris Armitage in 2 separate properties across around 4 years. They were incredibly professional, and it was a pleasure interacting with both Nathaniel and Rachel from MA, who always sorted us out as soon as we got in touch if anything was ever wrong. They were friendly, professional, and I haven't got a single complaint about how they handled it all - easily the best experience with an estate agent I have had, as I have been renting for over 10 years.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using them. They even went so far as to stand up to the landlord on our behalf when the landlord was being unreasonable. It's been a genuine pleasure - many thanks!
