Morris Armitage were consistent in their pursuit of a sale for my property. When unexpected twists and turns came about, they responded robustly and, ultimately, sold our property for us under tricky circumstances. Rarely an easy process but Morris Armitage are hugely experienced and care about their business and your home.

Adam was great at the Bury St Edmunds branch.
Lots of immediate feedback on viewings. If Adam had been dealing with my sale all along it would be 5 stars but unfortunately some of the other sales staff were not quite as conscientious. I think there should always be a single point of contact only.

From the start they regularly kept us up to date with the process of renting out our flat. This regular communication took all the worry from what was something new for us. Our flat was rented out quickly and now apart from recieving updates and the rent we don’t have to think about it. All the staff were friendly, professional and able to answer all of our questions. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

They were good but could have done more to make sure everything in the house was in order which resulted in a few omissions which we had to deal with after moving in, that we were not able to check beforehand.

Friendly and responsive rental team, most issues quickly attended to. Application process and key pick up tailored to my requirements. Very happy with service recieved thus far.
