Morris Armitage sold a property for us in Cambridge- good personal service . Appreciated being able to directly contact the person handling the sale which helped to quickly resolve any queries.

Great service from start to finish. Someone was always at the end of the phone if I had any questions. Jamie looked after me throughout my sale and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jamie and his team.

It was a long journey for us but Karen @ Morris Armitage Downham Market was an absolute star! She kept us updated throughout the whole process. We cannot rate Karen and the team high enough including Ben, Lee and James!

Honest and transparent service.
We had a terrible time with another agent withholding information which resulted in wasting 17 weeks on selling our empty property.
We explained the situation to MA, Jamie was really helpful and informative (he knew about the area and the property, taking a genuine interest in finding out about both). Lined up buyers who were genuinely interested in our property, after a full day of viewings we had a number of offers. We accepted on their recommendation an offer, when I queried this at a later date, they gave me a full and frank breakdown of all the offers and the buyers situation, and we 100% agreed with their assessment. They ensured that the sale when through smoothly and kept us informed all the way. Can not recommend them highly enough!

I've used Morris Armitage's landlord services for several years now and I've always found Jamie and the Team at the Cambridge office to be helpful, responsive and very knowledgeable about the market. I would certainly recommend them.

Moving house is one of those stressful life events, but not with Morris Armitage and especially Jamie. Throughout Jamie was kind, polite, professional and even worked outside of office hours to support us with our move. We cannot thank him enough for his patience and understanding. We would use him again in a heartbeat, thoroughly recommend both Jamie and the company.

From the moment we contacted Jamie we felt we were in safe hands. He was professional, helpful and understanding. His communication was prompt and he was very reliable. We couldn't have asked more from an estate agent.

I used Morris Armitage's tenant finding service to get tenants into a property that I have recently moved out of. Nathaniel was extremely helpful. He quickly responded to my enquiry and came round to view/valuate the house. I outlined the timeline I wanted to work with and Morris Armitage kept to it very well. They created an advertisement for the property on RightMove, arranged viewings, and then gave me a list of tenants to choose from. Once locked in, the lease agreement was drafted and signed on my behalf. The inventory clerk inspected the house a few days before the move-in date, and the keys were finally handed over to the tenants. It was a really fantastic service that I would be happy to use again should the need arise. Many thanks to Nathaniel who managed my case and also to Jamie who personally saw to the quick and safe transfer of rental monies.

My daughter & I visited a flat for sale in Newmarket & met 'Adam' the Morris Armitage rep. who was prompt, informative, helpful & down to earth without being pushy. Although the flat internally was spacious, well equipped & in good condition we were disappointed with the general location so will not be proceeding. Thank you & well done 'Adam' for a good presentation & hopefully success for us all next time.

A friendly and helpful team at the Downham Market office, who handled my elderly parents recent sale with compassion, particularly Lee who handled the viewings and got us a suitable offer with remarkable speed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Morris Armitage!

It felt like they were working for the buyer, not us (the seller), even though we are the ones paying the fee at the end of the day.

On multiple occasions we strongly felt like our agent was working for the buyer and had no interest in us as the seller. They were condescending at times, and often not much interest in helping us, but if the buyer had a question we would be chased and chased for a quick response. It was a frutrating experience when we are the ones paying the bill at the end of the day.

Excellent service, very efficient and helpful

During the whole stressful process of selling our house, Nick Plumb has been accessible, helpful, professional and amicable. His involvement throughout was so helpful as we knew we could rely on him to do what he said he was going to do. This enabled us not to feel isolated during the process as our conveyancer was so bad at communication. I highly recommend selling through Morris Armitage, Burwell.

I’ve just sold my house through Morris Armitage in Burwell and was delighted with the personal and professional service I received. I found Nick very pro-active in generating interest in my property, which resulted in several viewings, and a very quick sale! Nick kept me updated at all times during the conveyancing and he was always on hand to provide sound advice and guidance when needed. I found him and his colleague Heather very professional, conscientious, and a pleasure to deal with, and therefore feel they are deserving of a five-star review.

Have dealt with MA for many years and recently sold my house through them, due to C19 everything stopped but as soon as they were able they cracked on and got the house sold. MA offer excellent advice and help, they see what you don't; I had work done that made a huge difference in value and had offers in the first week, sold in ten days....took 9 months to complete due to bottom of the chain solicitors blaming C19, not the buyers or banks. Solicitors don't even meet face to face so why all the excuses, easy job all done online and by phone, the lot are a shambles!

Jamie from the Cambridge office was extremely helpful to us in a protracted sale process for our property, especially in these difficult times. He was excellent at keeping in touch to let us know the current situation, and really earnt the fees. Many thanks Jamie, much appreciated.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Not professional at all. We trusted this so called “company” to rent our property out whilst we were abroad. They or the tenants stole our table and broke the chairs. The tenants trashed our house and decided to make there own cannabis farm in our loft. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE -( haverhill branch ) Becky had work carried out whilst we weren’t aware of any problem and then billed us even though we strictly told them not to do any work until we were consulted. Awful is still to good of a word to describe this company. Unless you want your house trashed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The only good thing that they are fantastic at is taking there cut of the money. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Very good experience from start to finish, professional approach, sound advice, superb photos taken compared to many others I have seen. Overall I am extremely happy with my house sale, especially in a potentially difficult time...to go on the market and be moved out of the house in just over 4 months is great!
