I was acting on behalf of a friend who used this company to represent her in a personal injury claim. Oonagh Curry was the Solicitor that dealt with my friend's claim that took a considerable amount of time to reach the final stage , but in the whole time we was kept informed and upto date and were they were with the claim. My reason for contacting Morrish was for a Will and whilst I did not complete it for personal reasons, I didn’t think I could continue working with the solicitor.
There was not even an introduction of their name when I first met with them, total lack of empathy. Throughout the appointment I felt I was an inconvenience and there was a general lack of explanation for things that I should include or consequences of things I had included. I left with more questions than answers and was put off following up.

very disappointed to be charged 350.00 for a new Will when it was just an adjustment which was updating two addresses and taking one line off!! to get away with charging elderly people this amount for no more than 10 mins work is appalling

Excellent communication throughout, and friendly tone to all emails. I felt as though I mattered to the Solicitors which is refreshing. I was pleased with the result which the Solicitor predicted and timings.
