The sales were handled by the team very professionally and the partner's advice was very helpful in my decision making.

In a complicated and difficult process of buying and selling our house we were greatly helped by our solicitor Kealy Reardon. She was clear and timely in her communication with us either by email or phone. She was very alert to issues that could be potentially damaging and proposed solutions to problems that we encountered.

Hailey and Liv were excellent and dealt with our sale and purchase in a very professional and prompt way. Communication was also excellent, we were kept informed at every stage of the process and I would highly recommend their services.

Had to work with them as a resident-owned, purely volunteer-run property management company, as their client was buying a property here. Kept requesting the same information over and over for months on end even though we responded immediately every time.

Simple processes took months and to cap it all, they failed to pay our extremely small fees, (£50) despite at least three attempts on our part to invoice them. Hours and hours spent providing information for them, for nothing.

In the end, we had to tell them to stop communicating with us, the situation was becoming so stressful when, as unpaid volunteers, all we were doing was trying our best to help both buyer and seller.

We now refuse to deal with this company and any prospective buyer should be aware of this.

I made an appointment to visit the Oxted Office and was made very welcome from the moment I entered reception.
Business was dealt with very professionally and everything was explained to me in language that I could understand.
