I was a delight to deal with them. Efficient, prompt, friendly, respectful & diligent. I had no idea what to expect & all my fears were unfulfilled. We will definitely be using them next time.

Worst professional experience I've had in some decades. They handled our father's probate and over charged us by 30% on quote (without telling us in advance) and took 3 times as long as they quoted. All the way through the process they were rude, unhelpful, slow and unresponsive. Particularly Ola Szymaniec our closing solicitor, who was rude and dismissive at every interaction, making an already difficult time that little bit more upsetting. She would be better suited to a career that doesn't include any people interactions. Would never use this firm again.
I found Olivia at Morr & Co to be extremely efficient and helpful.
I would highly recommend them.
Our contact - Jessica Williams. Fleet Office
Excellent communications for addressing our requirements. Timely, Knowledgeable, Professional and Helpful, pleasure to deal with.
I would have awarded 5 stars except - No invoices were issued.
I had many problems which had not been sorted properly for many years.
All problems have now been sorted, much needed advice given and help when required.
Unhelpful and uncooperative. No reply to emails or several telephone requests regarding a simple matter that needs resolving. Three weeks on, and we are no further forward. Sadly not the first time this company has let us down, extremely upsetting and disappointing
therefore I cannot recommend this firm and suggest you go elsewhere.

Reply from Morr & Co LLP
I have contacted Morr Law multiple times in regards to a property I purchased. They acted as the seller's solicitors. They never replied to my emails nor gave any indications my questions / demands from the sellers were forwarded. Very unprofessional and unethical.
Had a consultation with Carl Marston from the Redhill branch about Power of Attorney matters. So helpful and explained everything clearly and precisely, making it easy to comprehend. Highly recommend.
I used Morr & Co LLP for a property purchase and sale, my solicitor for the company was Karim Khassal. Karim was very informative and extremely helpful with the details involved in the paperwork. He always responded in a timely manner and worked incredibly hard to push my sale and purchase through. I appreciated how clear and precise his emails and phone calls were. I felt very confident in his experience and I am very grateful for his assistance.
I had to sue Morr & Co for negligence - my claim was settled for £55,750. Morr & Co failed to advise me that an easement hindered land that I purchased rights over, despite making it expressly clear to Morr & Co that I wanted exclusive use of such land. Morr & Co had all the information available to them (land registry information… even the seller’s solicitor disclosed the easement to them) to make them aware that an easement existed, but never brought this to my attention. What made matters worse, when I wrote to Morr & Co and explained what happen (in a pre-action letter) Morr & Co ‘initially’ denied any wrong doing. Morr & Co did not own up to their negligence. Instead, Morr & Co forced me to retain solicitors at great expense (which they subsequently refused to wholly reimburse me for). In my opinion, Morr & Co acted in bad faith during the proceedings (by not responding to my or my solicitors letters in a timely fashion and sending investigators around to my house to investigate my friends and neighbours). In my opinion, Morr & Co also dragged out negotiations (almost in excess of a year) to try and wear me down, both emotionally and financially, for their own gain. In my opinion Morr & Co tried to shrug off responsibility for their negligence, didn’t accept blame and were committed to imposing as much financial strain on me with making me retain solicitors (and then dragging out negotiations by not responding to my solicitors letters or requests for information) all to escape responsibility for their own actions. In my opinion, not only is Morr & Co comprised of poor lawyers, such lawyers are unprofessional. In my opinion, based off my experience, anyone looking to use this firm should reconsider.
Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I will always be extremely grateful for the support and help that Jonathan has given me through a very stressful and traumatic time in my life
Our solicitor Efe kept us informed at all times with the sale of our property. All our enquiries were answered promptly and everything was explained in a manner we could understand.
At all times Efe was professional and very helpful.
Julie Taylor is exceptionally resourceful, proactive and "eagle-eyed" in her attention to detail in conveyancing. Highly recommended.
Tulia was outstanding! She kept me informed with regular emails and answered my many queries in a clear and concise way. She was recommended by friends and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to others too. With Tulia’s professionalism and efficiency, as well as help from her Paralegal, Kelly, I managed to complete the purchase (no chain) in 7 weeks. Thank you so much!
Efe made the process of our house sale smooth and uneventful. Excellent communication with regular updates. Really felt my hand was held throughout the entire process
We would like to thank the Morr&Co. team at Fleet, especially Tulia and Kelly, for their work in conveyancing my dad's house recently.
It can't have been the easiest job of this sort that you've ever done, but we thought you were extremely tenacious and very professional dealing with the buyer's solicitors.
Thank you also for keeping us up-to-date throughout the entire process.
All the very best for the future,
Martin and Kathy Gold. Feb. 2023
Clear advice. Thorough analysis and consideration. Responsive to client needs at all times
Incredibly poor service. They registered my title at the land registry with the incorrect value to my property - A whopping difference of £1.8 million!!! so not a small matter! And when I brought their gross error to their attention, I have had to chase them ever since to get the matter resolved... since May 2022. And I still do not have the corrected title deed, 7 months later! Now they just simply blame the delays on the land registry... but if they got it right in the first place, I would not be dealing with this. And they have not kept on top of following up with the land registry for updates... they wait until i chase them, and then they go and contact land registry! I have not had one single update from them on this situation, that was not first prompted by me chasing them! Who pays a lawyer to make silly mistakes?? And when I raised a complaint they simply said it was 'human error'! A £1.8 million 'human error'! Personally I would choose a different law firm if you want peace of mind that you will not be paying for 'human error' in place of qualified professionalism!
Morr&Co acted on behalf of me on purchasing a property. My solicitor, Ms Julie Taylor, is very professional. She gave me regular updates and advices during the process. Julie responded to my emails fast and always answered my questions patiently. The purchase has been completed smoothly.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The communication was terrible, they say they'll reply in 48 hours, it took 3 weeks and multiple chasing emails to get a reply on more than one occasion. I put in a formal complaint and they even missed their own deadline in responding to that. The response to the formal complaint was ridiculously poor but I accepted their compensation proposal because I didn't want to deal with them anymore
