Same can unfortunately not be said of Solicitors whose Portal System is not easy to use (probably me !!) but they keep sending me emails/txts insisting I sign in !!
Well that's not good for this 69 &75 year old couple - what would happen if we didn't have a computer !!?? - Dammed technology - I prefer people !!
