My friends have all used Kate and had amazing experiences, and I'm so glad I went with their recommendation. As a first time buyer with no idea where to start with anything or what the process looked liked, Kate explained absolutely everything and was happy to answer any questions that I had. She put my mind at ease many times and responded quickly to any requests, including producing a mortgage in principle when needed at short notice. She is extremely professional and efficient. From day one Kate was great she knew her stuff and also got me an Agreement In Principle ASAP as this was needed urgently. Offer on the property was accepted and booked me on a call quickly which was very informative and she explained everything perfectly, this she also advised what docs she needed for the mortgage application. Within 2 weeks of a mortgage application submission, the offer was recieved. Highly recommend. Will definitely be using in the future and have also recommended to family and friends.

Kate has been absolutely incredible in helping me get a mortgage - something that was daunting given I'm doing it solo but her reassurance and understanding throughout made it such a great experience for me! Couldn't recommend Kate more - she's amazing!!
