I just want to say, I’m very happy with my experience at new wave from start to finish, especially with Dylan and Kye, Dylan always manages to fix a problem even in the darkest of hours before a sale and gets things done
The whole process was easy as long as you respond on time the will pursue for you! Will definitely use Dylan and his team again and I love how they are on a personal level it makes a stressful situation less stressful 😀. And again thankyou for making my Dream Home a Reality!

New Wave financial services was a fantastic find for the self-employed ! We spent three weeks and a lot of time with a national agency providing them with so much historical information only to be told they couldn't find a lender who would take on our situation. In contrast Dan at Newwave started with a positive can do attitude and despite us throwing him a slight curve ball of requesting an interest only mortgage, he soon came up with a great solution at a very competitive rate. Rachel then efficiently helped us through the formal application process, solving an unexpected repayment issue with the lender, so it wasn't long before we had a formal offer from a well know high Street lender. Very glad to also report that the recommended legal firm soon converted the offer letter into a completed mortgage, despite the complex nature of our title and ownership.
The modest fee charged by NewWave seemed very reasonable considering time and effort the team at NewWave invested in our application.

I had a very limited time frame to finalise a mortgage and Molly and Rachel from New Wave have been amazing. They called me back on the same day I enquired and I had a mortgage offer finalised in 2 weeks. They helped organise a solicitor and updated me each day. This is my first home and they have made the whole process simple and explained each step. Thank you New Wave!

Right from the beginning of our mortgage journey, Dylan was brilliant. We were kept informed of any updates and everything was processed extremely quickly. Due to being self employed we needed a specialist to enable us to upsize our house. Rachel our underwriter was also brilliant, everything we needed was sorted for us. Even when we had some problems with our estate agents, they even rang them and sorted it out. I could not recommend new wave highly enough

I had an excellent experience in using New Wave. Both Daniel Cosgrove and Kye Basi were very helpful in broking my mortgage and I always felt reassured through the whole process.

After running into a brick wall with a major bank and a major national mortgage broker due to being a director/owner, Dylan at New Wave assured me that despite my situation, my case wasn't specialist and it was a case of finding the right lender and package it properly. And he was absolutely right, very knowledgable with owner/director situations and what lenders look at in these situations which can vary. Very smooth process with Dylan and Rachel to get the information needed and liaise with the lender to get an offer in a quick turnaround.

I had an excellent experience working with George and Kye throughout my mortgage process. As a self-employed applicant, my case involved additional checks and documentation, but they handled everything professionally and kept the process moving forward smoothly.

They were always responsive, patient in answering my questions, and proactive in communicating with the lender and other parties involved. Whenever an issue arose, they dealt with it quickly and reassured me throughout what can sometimes be a stressful process.

Absolutely brilliant! From the first introduction with Dylan to the submission paperwork with Rachel i was immediately made to feel valued. Throughout the process, which for me was a major process and a time factor situation I was always kept updated and informed of the next steps. Thourgh introductions was made to the solicitor so they were aware of my case so I didn't have the need to repeat myself. Dylan was amazing. I had spoken to a few people before hand and didn't have much luck but within one conversation with Dylan I had hope and comfort that he would find the right product and lender for me. He was always honest and upfront and responded to all communications in a timely manner. I truly felt Dylan and Rachel went above and beyond to make this a smooth process and genuinely showed empathy and consideration. I describe myself as a hard client in the way I like to be in control and have instant answers and I like to know every detail lol, but I was always put at ease and nothing seemed to much trouble. However I know behind the pleasantries they worked very hard and consistently to get this through on the best deal possible. I would 1000% recommend and will definitely be a returning client.

Debbie and Rachel not only helped us to secure our dream home, they remained calm, professional and resilient. Highly organised with what felt like hundreds of documents and they quickly understood a challenging employment status and have been able to work with specialist lenders to accommodate that - it is always a pleasure to speak to them and we cannot thank them enough

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service.

This firm advertises that they specialise in helping people with adverse or bad credit, but my experience was the complete opposite. From the beginning, communication was very poor. I was left without updates for almost two months, despite actively trying to move forward with a mortgage.

During this time, I received no clear information about what products I was eligible for, no rates, and no realistic guidance. I only found out what mortgage I could actually get because a member of their sales team contacted me much later. Had they not done so, I would never have known, even though I was ready and willing to proceed.

To make matters worse, I was given incorrect and misleading information at various points, which raised my expectations unnecessarily and caused delays. When I followed up for clarification, the response I received was dismissive and rude.

If you are someone with bad credit looking for professional, supportive and transparent advice, I would strongly recommend thinking carefully before using this company. Communication, honesty and customer care should be the priority in this sector, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

Dan and Rachel have been very helpful getting my unique situation over the line, I highly recommend anyone who is self employed and has a complicated situation to speak to these guys as they know the right ways to navigate.
