Fantastic customer service, Murad went above and beyond to help sort an issue which wasn’t their fault regarding delivery. Very impressed with the prompt response to emails and just how much effort was made to rectify the problem.

Once the albums were received I was very happy with the appearance and packaging as a gift. Looking forward to seeing the albums gradually filling through the year. A huge thank you Murad.

Bought my first album earlier this year. The quality of the physical product is outstanding ! The app is seemless and easy to use with reminders daily and the excitment I get from receiving my prints monthly is so lovely. It’s one of my most treasured possessions!

I’ve not had my journal through yet but I’ve already had far too much fun ordering the photos. Murad was a star and helped me figure everything out. It did take me a minute to understand the Black Friday deal but we got there in the end. Honestly though, what a brilliant idea. I’m slightly jealous I didn’t come up with it myself. Can’t wait to finally get all those random photos off my phone and out of the cloud. If you ever need a graphic designer, I’d happily volunteer.

The colours and designs are so cute and the app is so simple to use ! The album and the photos are good quality, plus they are so fast and present for you if you have any problems or questions !
I totally recommand : for yourself to keep track of every memories or to gift to someone, it's a great idea !!

Great customer service - I needed to change the start date of my journal, a quick email and they replied within 24hrs, were super kind and actioned my request right away.

Honestly, mosaic is such a brilliant idea and the customer service is 10/10. After an issue where I missed uploading they’ve said not to worry and these prints will be sent alongside my November prints!

Honestly what an amazing concept - Its actually been difficult to find a great quality, sturdy album where you can slot in photos (vs a printed album like a magazine) - and Mosaic is just that with the added bonus of printing monthly too! What a relief just in time for my newborn. Thanks so much Murad! 😊

The Mosaic journal is an amazing concept and the products are great quality, so they make a brilliant gift or keepsake.
Customer service has been 10/10 every step of the way and it is so easy to upload images into the Mosaic app, so I would definitely recommend them.

I got advertised Mosaic Journal on Instagram and thought it seemed a really great idea to document my babies first year of life. I am always wary about things I’m advertised on social media but I downloaded the app to see how it all worked. I was immediately impressed with how easy the app was to use (although it can be a little glitchy) and before I knew it had spent a number of hours choosing and uploading photos from the last 8 months. I had some questions and I received a reply and resolution from the online chat immediately which was seriously impressive. I umm-ed and ahh-ed about purchasing as £120 for the year does initially seem expensive for a photo album, but I am so pleased I took the plunge. The photos came within a few days and the album (which I got personalised) a few days later. The quality is exceptional and I am absolutely thrilled with it. It’s huge and really impressive. I am enjoying taking a photo every day for the album and I can’t wait to complete it. I would recommend it to anyone!

I recently switched from an apple phone to an android and realised I'd signed up with apple for my account, I panicked thinking I wouldn't be able to access my mosaic that my husband bought for me as a gift when our daughter was born so I could record the first year of her life. Mosaic went above and beyond to reassure me that they would find a resolution and within 2 days I was back in my account on my new device and able to continue my journey. Whilst it may seem pricey for the full year subscription it is worth every penny, the book is such amazing quality and the photos look great and is cherished and flipped through constantly. Plus I've never had anything with such amazing and quick customer service, best purchase/gift ever!!! Can't recommend enough :)

Mosaic Journal is absolutely amazing! It’s bigger than I thought which is great because it’s got so much space to put lots of pictures. The customer service is absolutely fantastic and helpful. I was having trouble with paying on the app and he helped me along! When there any problems or questions or changes I had him resolved them very quickly.
I love how on the photos you can put the date location and the description! The photos come out beautifully and great quality!
The book is great condition. I do wish there were different colours for the album because that would be cool. :) i’m really happy with my purchase. I got the year subscription were quite a lot of money for me and he kindly gave me a discount that was really thoughtful. I’m super happy and love my journal. I want to keep it forever and look back at it when I’m older with all my happy memories. 1000% recommend it.

What a fantastic idea!! I love capturing a highlight of everyday. I had loads of questions and the team make it so easy to ask questions and they always respond quickly. I had a problem with my delivery address and Murad dealt with it quickly and saved the day!

I love my Mosaic Journal for keeping photos; so often I forget to print things and have physical copies of memories, this makes it so much easier to do that. I recently needed some help with customer service and it was second to none, quick replies and the issue (which was my own fault, not the fault of the company) was resolved very quickly and easily with the help of Murad. I recommend this journal to everyone, especially parents of little ones.

I received this journal as a gift for my birthday and it’s one of my favourite gifts I have ever received. Having all your memories in one place while it’s really simple of just having to upload your pictures and them being sent to you is great! I had an issue with moving house where one set of pictures got sent to my old house and as soon as I messaged them letting them know they instantly sent me out another set to my new address, such great help. I love the journal🫶🏼❤️
