I love the journal so much, it’s so beautiful and high quality. The customer service is exceptional too. I had a reply from an actual person in about 10 seconds. Great all round.

I signed up for this on a bit of a whim, paying for a whole year up front. I received my album in the next couple of days, and have recently received my first set of prints.

I will start by stating the obvious and saying this is a photo album. I'm sure there are lots of people that like and can utilise the 'one picture a day' idea (people with babies, young families, travellers etc), but if you are a very average person with an average life, the idea of this format might become overwhelming fairly early on if you see it as some kind of 'rule' for the album. It did for me in the beginning, but then I told myself there are no 'rules' and no one way to utilise this. You can group pictures however you like in the album. I went away for a few days and wanted to have more pictures from that trip than just the number of days involved, so I did exactly that and filled a couple of weeks worth with just that one trip. Other days, I do find something interesting to snap, so I have some 'dailies' in there as well. Your year, your way! The app does allow for this as you don't have to have dates on your pictures if you don't want. There are spaces for location and a caption as well, so you can put a date in one of these instead if you so wish.

The album itself is pretty chunky as you'd expect for a full year, but it's beautifully made and a quality item. There are spaces to slot your pictures into and a section with lines to write some notes if you wish. Again, you can do what you want with this. Add stickers, write extra captions, stick in tickets or leaflets etc. Make it uniquely yours!

The prints themselves are exactly what I would expect from this. They are smartphone pics at the end of the day. The quality of the prints are actually pretty good overall and I have no complaints there. It's actually pushing me to get a bit more creative and thoughtful about the pictures I'm taking to get the best from it.

I haven't had need to contact customer service to date but there are easy ways to do so in the app and online, and it seems by all accounts they are very responsive, so that is great to know. All in all, if you compare this service to other ways you might achieve something like this you are getting a much higher quality product at a FAR better cost. Honestly a great experience and way to keep memories.

Cannot say enough good about this company. From my very first interactions via the online chat, answering questions, discussing the future, to the dispatch of the album, has been the very best of customer service that I have ever experienced. I just think that this is such a beautiful idea as a gift, and they have more colours planned. I really really hope that this company and it's journey just grow and grow, while keeping the beautiful ethics and kindness they are showing now.

This product is actually amazing. I was gifted it for the first year of my babies life. It’s full of so many lovely memories and can’t wait to go through it with my little one when he’s older.

I bought a year and journal subscription in 2023-2024 for my daughters first year and it was absolutely amazing. A year later (today) I have contacted about photos I never received because I never uploaded my last month, and they have sent them to print for me now. I can't tell you what incredible customer service they have, and what's more an amazing product!!!! Thank you for helping me document my daughters first year ❤️

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a journal from Mosaic Journal, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! While there were a few issues initially (thanks to the courier), the customer service from Murad and the team was exceptional. They were quick to resolve any issues and even shipped out a replacement with no hassle.

When my order finally arrived, it was in perfect condition, thanks to the care they took in packaging it. The extra bubble wrap and plastic protection were much appreciated. The journal itself is gorgeous, well-crafted, and exactly what I was hoping for.
