Motor Vision Insurance, made it very easy not only to get insured but to beat the price of my previous insurance company by a very large margin. Not for less cover, but for better. If you are about to renew your insurance, give MVI a go, it will be worth the time, after all that's all it takes, if they can do you a better deal , then it is worth it. In these times when we all need to save money on as much as possible.

Took money from my account without authorisation causing me to lose many hours trying to resolve as the communication is very poor to the point of non-existent. If you can't employ human beings to reason with at least give your algorithm bot rubbish some logic and recognition of the basic issues that you cause your customers.

Our records show that your policy was set to automatically renew, and in line with the information provided in your renewal documentation, the premium was collected seven days prior to the renewal date. We appreciate that this may not have been expected and understand the inconvenience this caused.
As soon as the issue was raised via phone and email, a full refund was processed on the same day and returned to the card used for the original payment. Please note that while the refund was issued immediately, it may take a few working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your card provider.
