The company did exactly as they said. The guy who came to assess my bike was extremely good at his job. He explained the process well. My only gripe is that they find it necessary to withhold payment for 4 days unless you pay a fee.

First time using this kind of service. Didn't know what to expect. Was offered less than I'd hoped for my bike, but to be fair this is a business so gotta take that into account. Curtis came to view bike, really nice guy, felt very easy with him. Gave me the price originally offered. Just be honest about condition of your bike and they won't need to drop any money off. Top service all round. Saves tyre kickers wasting time. Cheers

Fantastic, understanding and fair
They were very understanding I had lost my V5 logbook and didn’t realise until the morning of collection, so I gave them a ring and explained the situation and that I had ordered a replacement. when it had arrived phoned them back and thought I’d have to go through all the rigmarole of going through the same process of getting revalued but no we just arranged to have it pick up. The process of collection was absolutely painless. He gave the bike a good look around and then phone to get the proper valuation. I lost £100 of the original valuation but was more than happy and other companies I had contacted were offering a much lower valuation. So top marks from me and will definitely recommend you guys.

There was one bug. Before the appointment The computer kept asking me for my bank detail. I kept wasting my time telling them my bank details. Each time I took a screen-shot of their website giving me the thumbs-up for filling my details. But when I was paid-out, they still hadn't got my details.

I was going to buy a new bike
I was going to buy a new bike. Motorrad dealers offered me a fair value at least 3/4 did. I thought if I sell privately might achieve bit more. Motorbike trader offered me £4700 for my BMW 21 plate the motorrad dealers offers were between £7200. - £7500 the told me the look to make on average £1200/1500 on a bike due to final overheads. Fair enough we all have to make a living. Motorbike trader have insisted in texting me every day for a week when I told them on first day NO.
I asked them to delete my phone number but still insist on offering me a derisory offer. Would rather give it away than accept their valuation. I feel sorry for folk that have to sell. Disgraceful.

Rip off company
Contacted these cowboys offered me 3350 for a ktm which has done less than 15000 miles about 3 k under what it’s worth now I’m being bombarded with texts and emails . Also I have a mate in the bike business he told me they will buy cheap and sell double what they paid for it off the buyer …..

No complaints at all
No complaints at all. Reasonable valuation on line, dropped by £200 on inspection due to rocker cover leak and fork covers starting to perish that I hadn't noticed. Whole process from enquiry to collection took 4 days including weekend. Would have been even better if approx collection time was provided. Bloke who inspected/ collected bike very knowledgeable, pleasant and goo to deal with.
