Excellent service
Ordered an exhaust mid pipe unfortunately item wasn’t in stock but was contacted almost immediately to tell me and asked if I was happy to wait a week for delivery. I was happy to wait and exhaust came on time.

I dealt with Tomas & Jame directly with both interactions by phone & e-mail extremely informative as they both answered my questions and concerns professionally. I ordered the dual brake/clutch assembly for my HarleyTrike I built. My biggest concern was wiring such a large sum of money overseas andinsuring it be delivered to who was supposed to receive it and it certainly did.
Couldn’t believe how quickly the turn around was in receiving the dual brake
system. It arrived undamaged and very
well made. I can’t wait to install it and enjoy riding again. I will absolutely use Motorcycle Performance store in the future. Again thank you for your outstanding support & service

Just to clarify, as your order was being shipped outside of the UK, no VAT was charged by us here. Any taxes or duties you paid would have been applied by your local customs office in line with your country’s import regulations. These are not UK taxes but rather local charges specific to your country.
